Usually, paratha is done with all-purpose flour. Instead of All-Purpose flour, I used wheat flour. Marinate the chicken for about 1 hour overnight for tasty chicken but, for this marination is not compulsory.
Everyone loves to have a variety of paratha. Serving paratha with raita gives a very special taste to the paratha.

Ingredients:
Marination Ingredients:
- Boneless Chicken - 250 g
- Red Chilli powder - 1 1/2 Tbsps.
- Turmeric Powder - 1 Tsp.
- Salt - As Required
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 Tbsp.
- Oil - 1 Tbsp.
Dough Ingredients:
- Wheat Flour - 2 Cups
- Salt - 1 Tsp.
- Oil - 2 Tbsps.
- Water - As Required
Chicken Stuffing Ingredients:
- Marinated Chicken
- Mustard Seeds - 1 Tsp
- Cumin Seeds - 1 Tsp.
- Onions - 3 Big Chopped
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 Tbsp.
- Turmeric Powder - 1 Tsp
- Curry Leaves
- Garam masala powder - 1 Tsp
- Cumin powder - 1 Tsp.
- Coriander Powder - 1 Tsp.
Preparation:
Marination Preparation:
- Clean and take the boneless chicken
- Add red chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice and oil.
- Mix well and Marinate at least for 1 Hour.
Chapathi Mixing Preparation:
- In Bowl Add Wheat Flour, salt, and Oil.
- Mix well by adding water.
- Make a soft dough.
Chicken Stuffing Preparation:
- In a pan add oil.
- Then Add mustard and cumin seeds.
- When splutter add chopped onions with salt and mix well.
- Then add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder and curry leaves and mix well.
- Saute well, then add garam masala powder, cumin powder and coriander powder.
- Mix well and cook till oil releases.
- Then add shredded chicken and mix well.
- Close and simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Finally, remove and keep aside till it becomes cool.
Doing Chicken Paratha Preparation:
- Take a small dough out of the dough.
- Dust with flour and roll and flatten the chapati dough to 15 inches.
- Then take small ball size of chicken stuffing.
- Put into the dough, and start pleating accordingly.
- Remove the excess dough out of it.
- Dust with wheat flour, roll and flatten the dough to the desired shape.
- Put the chicken paratha on a pan.
- Add oil on both sides and cook.
- Cook both sides.
- That's it tasty chicken paratha is ready to serve.

Marination Preparation:

- Close and cook 10 minutes.
- Chicken Releases Water.
- Close and Cook Till The chicken Is Done.
- Remove and Add to blender.
- Blend Coarsely
- In The Same Pan Add oil.
- Then add chopped onions with salt and mix well.
- Then add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder and curry leaves and mix well.
- Saute well, then add garam masala powder, cumin powder and coriander powder.
- Mix well and cook till oil releases.
- Then add Blended chicken and mix well.
- Close and simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Finally, remove and keep aside till it becomes cool.
