Onion Paratha | ఉల్లిపాయ పరాటా | प्याज का पराठा | Paratha Recipes | Special Desi Recipes

Tired of doing meals every day? Want a simple yet tasty recipe with one go. One solution simple, delicious, and tasty is paratha. Parathas are something non of us can ever resist. Whether for a heavy breakfast, lunch, or for a dinner, try this delicious, soft onion stuffed paratha and enjoy.

A Paratha is a flatbread native to the Indian sub-continent and is a breakfast staple of North India. It is a layered flatbread made of wheat flour or refined flour( maida ), oil or ghee, salt, and water. It is most often eaten with chutney, raita, plain yogurt, pickle, and sometimes with curry.

This post is all about onion paratha. Onion Paratha is one of the easy and tasty parathas. This can be done in 2 ways, cooking the onions before stuffing and by raw onions with the spice mix. But the difference between the two is in the thickness of the paratha. For cooked onion paratha, the paratha will be as thin as we want but, for raw onion stuffed paratha, the paratha is slightly thick. Bout both the taste of the paratha will awesome, soft and delicious.

Here am sharing the raw onion stuffed paratha with a mix of spices. For this recipe, I used raw onions as well as green onions along with the spices. For more simple onion paratha one can skip even the green onions if it is not available.

Finally, I want to share some of my recipes like,
