Ingredients:
- Soya Keema - 1 1/2 Cups
- Mustard Seeds - 1 Tsp.
- Cumin Seeds - 1 Tsp.
- Shahjeera - 1 Tsp.
- Green Chilies - 4 Chopped
- Onions - 1 big Chopped
- Curry Leaves
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 Tbsp.
- Turmeric Powder - 1 Tsp.
- Tomatoes - 3 Chopped
- Red Chilli Powder - 1 Tsp.
- Cumin Powder - 1 Tsp.
- Coriander Powder - 1 Tsp.
- Garam Masala Powder - 2 Tsps.
- Vinegar - 2 Tbsps.
- Soya Sauce - 2 Tbps.
- Coriander Leaves
Preparation:
- Firstly Boil And Cook Soya Keema.
- Drain And Wash In Cold Water.
- Again Drain And Squeeze And Keep Aside.
- Then In Pan Add Mustard Seeds, Cumin Seeds And Shahjeera.
- Add Green Chilies And Saute For About 1 Minute.
- Then Add Chopped Onions With Salt.
- Saute For About 2 Minutes.
- Then Add Curry Leaves, Ginger Garlic Paste & Turmeric Powder.
- Mix Well And Saute Till Raw Smell leaves.
- Then Add Chopped Tomatoes With Red Chilli Powder And Mix Well.
- Saute Till The Tomatoes Becomes Soft And Mushy.
- Then Add Cooked Soya Keema, Vinegar, Soya Sauce, Cumin Powder, Coriander Powder And Garam Masala Powder And Mix Well.
- Close And Cook For About 5 Minutes.
- After 5 Mins Add Cooked Rice And Mix Well.
- Again Close And Simmer For About 10 Minutes.
- After 10 Minutes, Add Freshly Chopped Coriander Leaves And Mix Well.
- That's It Soya Keema Fried Rice Is Ready To Serve.
- Serve Hot With Onions And Lemon.

- Then Add Cooked Soya Keema, Vinegar, Soya Sauce, Cumin Powder, Coriander Powder And Garam Masala Powder And Mix Well.
- Close And Cook For About 5 Minutes.
- After 5 Mins Add Cooked Rice And Mix Well.

- After 10 Minutes, Add Freshly Chopped Coriander Leaves And Mix Well.
