Mixed Vegetable Paratha

Vegetable Paratha
Chapathi / Roti Is Made From Wheat Flour Usually In All Of The Indian Homes. Some People Add Oil & Some Don’t ( Phulka )
Paratha Is Something Which Is Stuffed Paratha Or Non-Stuffed Paratha. In This Vegetable Paratha, I Pureed All The Boiled Vegetables And Mixed With Wheat Flour Without Adding Water. Healthy And Delicious Whole Wheat Paratha With Mixed Veggies.


Ingredients:

  • Cabbage – 1 Cup 
  • Carrot – 2 Chopped 
  • Potatoes -3 Chopped 
  • Cauliflower ( Gobi ) – ½ Cup 
  • Salt – As Required 
  • Red Chilli Powder – 1 ½ Tsps. 
  • Turmeric Powder – 1 Tsp. 
  • Ajwain - 1 Tsp. 
  • Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 ½ Tsps. 
  • Garam Masala Powder – 1 ½ Tsps. 
  • Oil

Preparation:

  • In Deep Kadai, Add Suffient Water. 
  • When Water Gets Boil Add Cabbage, Carrot, Potatoes, Gobi With Salt. 
  • Close And Cook For About 10 Minutes On Medium Flame. 
  • When Vegetables Are Cooked Well , Remove And Add To Blender. 
  • Let The Vegetables Become Cool. 
  • Then Blend The Vegetables To Fine Paste. 
  • In Bowl Add Vegetable Paste, Fenugreek Leaves, Wheat Flour, Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Salt, Ajwain, Ginger Garlic Paste, Oil & Garam Masala Powder. 
  • Mix Well Just Like Chapathi Dough. Soft and Smooth. 
  • Rest It For About 15 – 30 Minutes. 
  • Now Take Small Ball Size Dough. 
  • Dust The With Wheat Flour. 
  • Place and Dough and Again Dust With Flour. 
  • Now Slowly Roll And Flatten. 
  • When Done Add This To Hot Pan. 
  • Flip Over And Add Oil / Ghee 
  • Again Flip Over And Add oil / Ghee. 
  • Cook Both Side. 
  • When Done Remove and Serve Hot With Raita / Curd

  • Mix Well Just Like Chapathi Dough. Soft and Smooth.


  • Rest It For About 15 – 30 Minutes.
  • Dust The With Wheat Flour.


  • Now Take Small Ball Size Dough.

  • Place and Dough and Again Dust With Flour.


  • Now Slowly Roll And Flatten.



  • When Done Add This To Hot Pan & Apply Oil / Ghee.


  • Flip Over And Add Oil / Ghee


  • Again Flip Over And Add oil / Ghee.


  • Cook Both Side.


  • When Done Remove and Serve Hot With Raita / Curd.

Note:

  • Boil All The Veggies And Blend To Fine Paste.
  • Without Adding Water Mix Like Chapathi Dough ( Smooth And Soft )
  • If Necessary Add Flour While Mixing.
