Banana Balls - Soft, spongy, and delicious sweet snack recipe is done with banana, wheat flour, wet coconut with a mild touch of spices.
Banana is loaded with fiber, a high source of potassium, and a powerhouse of nutrients. This is one of the simple and tasty sweet recipes with banana and fresh wet coconut.
Banana is the single most fruit that you can find for year long. Usually, most of them don't like banana but, this recipe will make the sweet lover crave more banana balls. This is one of the perfect and tasty recipes when we have more bananas at home. During this Sravana Masam, usually at the time of varalakshmi vratam, we use to have a lot of leftover bananas after vratam or pooja. We can prepare many recipes with bananas like banana poori, banana halwa, banana cake, banana muffins, etc.

Ingredients:
- Banana - 3
- Sugar - 1/2 Cup
- Cinnamon - 1 Inch
- Cardamom - 3
- Nutmeg Powder - 1/2 Tsp.
- Baking Powder - 1/2 Tsp.
- Salt - 1/4th Tsp.
- Wheat Flour - 1 Cup
- Fresh Wet Coconut - 1/4th Cup.
- Oil - As Required For Deep Fry
Preparation:
- In a blender add sugar along with cinnamon, cardamom, and nutmeg powder and blend to a fine powder.
- Then peel and chop 3 bananas and blend to smooth paste.
- Pour this into one bowl and add wheat flour, grated coconut, salt, baking powder, and mix well.
- Now slowly drop banana balls into hot oil and deep fry till the balls turn golden and crisp.
