Here I am showing how to prepare radish paratha without wasting the radish water and leaves. As radish whole is a powerhouse of nutrients, minerals, and vitamins. When one root vegetable had that many benefits why to wait and look for another alternative. Here I am showing how to make radish paratha very easily. Stuffing in between the wheat dough is one of the big processes which I feel. Mixing everything with wheat flour is one of the easy ways of making mooli ka paratha.

Firstly clean the radish, Peeling the skin is optional. When radish is neat after washing, then no need of peeling the skin if not peel the skin then grate the radish. To make it very easy to blend the radish but, I prefer grating the radish. Then add salt and rest the grated radish for about 15 minutes. This helps to get radish water. Now add all the ingredients and mix the radish well without adding water. Mix just like the chapati dough.
