Ragi Laddu With Oats, Peanuts, Sesame Seeds And Jaggery | Finger Millet ...



Ragi Laddu with Oats, Peanuts, Sesame Seeds And Jaggery is the Healthy And Easy Sweet Recipe With Full Vitamins, Proteins And Iron. Ragi Flour Is The Rich Source of Mineral And Control Diabetics. With Anti- Microbial Properties It Reduces Skin & Soft tissue Infection and Makes you look young.

Oats In Laddu Are Rich Source Of Magnesium & Supports Weight Loss. Overall With All the Ingredients Will Give You Strong Bones, Iron & Reduces Bad Cholesterol
Ingredients:


  • Raagi Flour – 2 Cups
  • Peanuts (Palli) – 1 Cup
  • Sesame Seeds (Nuvvulu) – 1 Cup
  • Oats – 1 Cup
  • Jaggery – 500 grms
  • Ghee – 3 Tbsp
  • Cardamom (Elachi) – 5

Preparation

  • Dry Roast 1 Cup Peanuts

  • Dry Roast 1 Cup Sesame Seeds

  • Dry Roast 1 Cup Oats

  • Add 3 Tbsp. GheeRoast 2 Cups Ragi Flour(Finger Millet)


  • Blend Oats Into Fine Powder

  • Blend Peanuts + ½ Sesame Seeds + Elachi(Cardamom) Into Fine Powder

  • Take Ragi (Finger Millet Flour) In Bowl

  • Add Oats Powder + ½ Sesame Seeds + Peanuts, ½ Sesame Seeds & Elachi Powder To The Ragi Flour

  • Mixed Powdered Flour Is Equal to Jaggery

  • Melt Jaggery With ½ Cup Water

  • Filter The Jaggery Syrup To Remove The Impurities

  • Add The Melted Jaggery Into The Same Pan & Boil The Syrup till it Reaches A Soft Ball Consistency

  • To Check The Consistency.Take a Small Amount Of Syrup in Between The Fingers And Stretch1 String Consistency

  • Slowly Add the Flour Into The Syrup And Mix Well

  • Mix Well Without Any Lumps

  • Cook For About 5 Minutes Than Off The Stove

  • Grease Palm With Oil/ Ghee/Water. Take Small Quantity of Dough, And Roll Them Into Balls.
