Chicken Pickle


Chicken Pickle – Is One Of The Hot, Spicy & Tempting Pickle. Mouth Watering Chicken Pickle Done At Home Brings Chicken A Special Spice Mix That Will Make You To Eat Even After the Meal.

This Chicken Pickle Is Done With Fried, Marinated Chicken Tempered with spices & Lemon Juice.

Add of Lemon Juice in the Pickle Brings Some Sourness That Activates One’s Salivary Glands. This Pickle Goes With Dosa, Patathas And Rice.

Finally I Want To Highlight Some Of My Pickle Recipes Like





Marination Ingredients:
  • Boneless Chicken – 250 g
  • Salt - As Required
  • Turmeric Powder – 1 Tsp.

Tempering Ingredients:
  • Oil – ½ Cup
  • Mustard Seeds – 1 Tbsp.
  • Cumin (Jeera) Seeds – 1 ½ Tsp.
  • Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 Tbsps.
  • Salt - As Required
  • Turmeric Powder – 1 tsp

Mixing Ingredients (Chicken Pickle)
  • Red Chilli Powder – 2 Tbsps.
  • Salt
  • Coriander Powder – 1 Tbsp.
  • Cumin Powder – 1 Tsp
  • Sesame Seeds Powder – 30g
  • Garam Masala Powder – 1 ½ Tsp
  • Lemon Juice – 1 Lemon
Preparation:
Marination:
  • Clean The Boneless Chicken.
  • Add Salt And Turmeric Powder.
  • Mix Well And Marinate It For 30 Minutes to 1 Hour.

Cooking Chicken:
  • Cook The Marinated Chicken Without Adding Water.
  • Chicken Releases Water, Cook Till Water Evaporates And Keep Aside.

Frying Chicken:
  • In Pan Add ½ Cup Oil .
  • Now Add Cooked Chicken And Fry The Chicken.
  • Fry Till Golden Brown Colour & Keep Aside.

Tempering:
  • In Pan Add ½ Cup Oil.
  • In That Add Mustard & Cumin Seeds And Saute for 1 Minutes.
  • Then Add Ginger Garlic Paste And Mix Well.
  • Add Salt And Turmeric Powder And Cook Till Raw Smell Leaves.
  • When Ginger Garlic Paste Is Cooked, Off The Flame And Keep Aside Till It Becomes Warm.
  • Mixing All With Spices:
  • When The Oil Becomes Warm,Add Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder, Sesame Powder & Salt.
  • Mix Well Then Add Fried Chicken.
  • Add Lemon Juice And Mix Well.
  • After Mixing Add Garam Masala Powder and Mix Well.
  • That’s It, Spicy, Chewy Chicken Pickle Is Ready To Eat.

Step by Step Procedure With Pictures:


Marination:
  • Clean The Boneless Chicken.

  • Add Salt And Turmeric Powder.

  • Mix Well And Marinate It For 30 Minutes to 1 Hour.

Cooking Chicken:
  • Cook The Marinated Chicken Without Adding Water.

  • Chicken Releases Water, Cook Till Water Evaporates And Keep Aside.

Dry Roast Sesame Seeds:
  • In Pan Sesame Seeds.

  • Dry Roast Sesame Seeds And Add To Blender.
Add To Blender & Blend To Fine Powder

  • Blend The Seeds To Fine Powder
  • Note: Blend After Seeds Becomes Cool

Frying Chicken:
  • In Pan Add ½ Cup Oil .

  • Now Add Cooked Chicken And Fry The Chicken.

  • Fry Till Golden Brown Colour & Keep Aside.

  • In Pan Add ½ Cup Oil.
  • In That Add Mustard & Cumin Seeds And Saute for 1 Minutes.

  • Then Add Ginger Garlic Paste And Mix Well.

  • Add Salt And Turmeric Powder And Cook Till Raw Smell Leaves.

  • When Ginger Garlic Paste Is Cooked, Off The Flame And Keep Aside Till It Becomes Warm.
Rest Till It Becomes Warm

Mixing All With Spices:

  • When The Oil Becomes Warm,Add Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder, Sesame Powder & Salt.

  • Mix Well Then Add Fried Chicken.

  • Add Lemon Juice And Mix Well.

Note:

  • For Tasty Chicken, Marinate The Chicken 30 Minutes or 1 Hour Before Cooking.
  • Dont Over Fry The Chicken, It Will Become Hard To Chew.
  • All Spices As Per You Taste.( If You Want More Spicy Pickle Add More Red Chilli Powder And Garam Masala Powder)
  • If You Want More Sourness, Add More Half Lemon Juice.
