Roasted Chana (Putnalu) & Peanut Snack – Is One Of The Easy And Healthy Snack Item For Perfect Evening. It Is very Easy To Make And Tasty Item.

This Unique Snack Item Is Prepared With Roasted Chana ( Putna Pappu) And With Peanuts (Palli),Done By Adding Flavours Like Pepper powder and Black Salt.

Finally I Want To Hightlight Some Of My Snack Items Like 



Ingredients:
  • Roasted Chana (Putnalu) – 300 g
  • Peanuts ( Palli ) – 250 g
  • Oil – ½ Cup
  • Green Chillies – 50 g (15 to 20)
  • Onions – 2 Big Chopped
  • Curry Leaves
  • Salt – As Required
  • Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 Tbsp.
  • Turmeric Powder – 1 ½ Tsp.
  • Pepper Powder – 1 Tsp.
  • Black Salt ( Kala Namak ) – 1 Tbsp.

Preparation:      
  • Firstly Dry Roast Peanuts.
  • Separate the Skin From Peanut And Keep Aside.
  • In Pan Add Oil.
  • Add Green Chillies And Saute For About 2 Minutes.
  • Then Add Chopped Onions With Salt And Cook Till Onions Becomes Light Brown Colour.
  • When Onions Becomes Brown Colour Add Curry Leaves And Saute For About 1 Minutes.
  • Then Add Ginger Garlic Paste And Turmeric Powder And Saute For About 1 Minutes.
  • Then Add Roasted Chana (Putnalu) And Mix Well.
  • Later Add Roasted And Skin Removed Peanuts And Mix Well.
  • Saute For About 1 Minutes.
  • Then Add Pepper Powder And Mix Well.
  • Add Black Salt( Kala Namak) And Mix Well.
  • That’s It, Roasted Chana Peanuts Snack Is ready To Serve. 

Step By Step Procedure With Pictures:


  • Firstly Dry Roast Peanuts.



  • Separate the Skin From Peanut And Keep Aside.


  • In Pan Add Oil.
  • Add Green Chillies And Saute For About 2 Minutes.

  • Then Add Chopped Onions With Salt And Cook Till Onions Becomes Light Brown Colour.


  • When Onions Becomes Brown Colour Add Curry Leaves And Saute For About 1 Minutes.


  • Then Add Ginger Garlic Paste And Turmeric Powder And Saute For About 1 Minutes.


  • Then Add Roasted Chana (Putnalu) And Mix Well.


  • Later Add Roasted And Skin Removed Peanuts And Mix Well.

  • Saute For About 1 Minutes.
  • Then Add Pepper Powder And Mix Well.


  • Add Black Salt( Kala Namak) And Mix Well.


  • That’s It, Roasted Chana Peanuts Snack Is ready To Serve.

Note:

  • Dry Roast The Peanuts And Remove The Skin
  • Don't Over Roast The Peanuts.
  • Clean Roasted Chana And Keep Aside.
