Til ( Sesame Seeds) Mirchi Fry  -Is One Of the Easy And Simple Side Dish For Dosa. Sesame Mirchi fry Had Full Benefits. Instead of Normal Pickle try This Recipes.

Sesame Seeds Are Very Powerful Seeds That improves Blood Circulation, Eliminates Depression and Detoxify the Body.

Use of Sesame Seeds in Mirchi Fry Gives A Pleasant Flavor.As Well As the Green Chillies(Mirchi Bada) Have the Same Benefits 

Ingredients:

  • Bajji Mirchi (less Spice) – 8
  • Sesame Seeds (Til/Gingelly) – 50grams
  • Salt – As Required
  • Onions – 3 Big Chopped
  • Turmeric Powder – 1 Tsp
  • Oil – 3 tbsps.

Preparation :

  • Clean Bajji Mirchi.
  • Take 1 By 1 Mirchi And Slit Centre
  • Remove Seeds From Mirchi
  • Note: If You Want Mirchi To Be Spice Don’t Remove Seeds.
  • Chop Round
  • In Pan Dry Roast Sesame Seeds.
  • When Seeds Splutter, Remove From Pan And Add to Blender
  • Blend To Fine Powder.
  • In The Same Pan Add Oil
  • Then Add Chopped Onions With Salt.
  • Saute For About 2 Minutes
  • After That Add Chopped Mirchi And Saute Well
  • Saute And Cook Till Mirchi Skin Becomes Light White Colour .
  • When Onions Becomes Light Brown Colour And Green Chillies Are Cooked Well
  • Add Sesame Seeds Powder And Mix Well
  • Close And Cook For About 2 Minutes.
  • Open Mix Well
  • Til ( Sesame ) Mirchi Fry Is Ready To Serve.
  • Serve hot With Dosa.

Step by Step Method With Pictures:

  • Clean Bajji Mirchi.

  • Take 1 By 1 Mirchi And Slit Center

  • Add turmeric Powder And Mix Well.


  • Close And Cook For About 2 Minutes.

  • Open Mix Well

  • Serve hot With Dosa.

Note :

  • Clean And Remove Seeds From Mirchi.
  • Dont Touch the Mirchi With Hands.
  • If You hands While Removing Seeds, Clean Your hands With Soap Immediately With out Touching Anywhere.
