- Chicken – 500 g
- Salt – As Required
- Turmeric Powder – 1 Tsp
- Lemon Juice – 1 Tbsp / 1 Lemon
- Oil – 1 Tbsp.
- Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 Tbsp.
Cooking Ingredients:
- Marinated Chicken – 500 g
- Black Pepper Powder – 2 ½ Tbsps.
- Green Chillies - 4 Chopped
- Onions – 3 Big Chopped
- Curry Leaves
- Turmeric Powder – 1 Tbsp.
- Coriander Powder – 1 Tsp.
- Cumin Powder – 1 Tsp
- Garam Masala Powder – 1 Tsp.
- Kasoori Methi Powder – 1 Tsp.
- Coriander Leaves – ½ Cup
- Salt – As Required
Preparation:
- First Clean Chicken.
- Then Marinate The Chicken With Salt, Turmeric Powder, Lemon Juice & Oil.
- Then Cook The Chicken On High Flame.
- When Water Gets Boil, Add Ginger Garlic Paste & Mix Well.
- Close And Cook On Medium Flame.
- Cook Till The Chicken Is Done & Keep Aside.
- In Pan, Add oil
- Add Shahjeera
- Add Green Chillies And Saute For About 2 Minutes.
- Then Add Chopped Onions With Salt And Cook For About 3 Minutes.
- Then Add Curry Leaves, Ginger Garlic Paste And Turmeric Powder.
- Cook Till Onions Becomes Soft And Light Golden Colour.
- Then Add Cooked Chicken And Mix Well.
