Pepper Chicken – Is One Of The Easy And Tasty Recipe And A Perfect Dish For Winters.

Pepper Chicken Is Done With Freshly Blended Pepper Powder. We Don’t Use Red Chilli Powder In This Recipes. The Spiciness Comes From Pepper Powder, Garam Masala Powder & Green Chillies.

For Gravy Chopped Onions Are Used. Mixed Flavors Of All The Spices Gives Superb Taste For Perfect Sunday J

Pepper Chicken Goes Well With Rice, Flavored Rice, Chapathi, Roti & Naan.

Ingredients:

Marination:
  • Chicken – 500 g
  • Salt – As Required
  • Turmeric Powder – 1 Tsp
  • Lemon Juice – 1 Tbsp / 1 Lemon
  • Oil – 1 Tbsp.
  • Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 Tbsp.

Cooking Ingredients:
  • Marinated Chicken – 500 g
  • Black Pepper Powder – 2 ½ Tbsps.
  • Green Chillies - 4 Chopped
  • Onions – 3 Big Chopped
  • Curry Leaves
  • Turmeric Powder – 1 Tbsp.
  • Coriander Powder – 1 Tsp.
  • Cumin Powder – 1 Tsp
  • Garam Masala Powder – 1 Tsp.
  • Kasoori Methi Powder – 1 Tsp.
  • Coriander Leaves – ½ Cup
  • Salt – As Required

Preparation:
  • First Clean Chicken.
  • Then Marinate The Chicken With Salt, Turmeric Powder, Lemon Juice & Oil.
  • Then Cook The Chicken On High Flame.
  • When Water Gets Boil, Add Ginger Garlic Paste & Mix Well.
  • Close And Cook On Medium Flame.
  • Cook Till The Chicken Is Done & Keep Aside.
  • In Pan, Add oil
  • Add Shahjeera
  • Add Green Chillies And Saute For About 2 Minutes.
  • Then Add Chopped Onions With Salt And Cook For About 3 Minutes.
  • Then Add Curry Leaves, Ginger Garlic Paste And Turmeric Powder.
  • Cook Till Onions Becomes Soft And Light Golden Colour.
  • Then Add Cooked Chicken And Mix Well.
  • Then Add Pepper Powder, Garam Masala Powder, Coriander Powder & Cumin Powder And Mix Well.
  • Close And Cook For About 5 Minutes.
  • Then Add Kasoori Methi and Again Black pepper Powder And Mix Well.
  • Again Close And Cook For About 5 Minutes.
  • Then Add Coriander Leaves And Mix Well.
  • That’s It Pepper Chicken Fry is Ready To Serve.

  • First Clean Chicken.

  • Then Marinate The Chicken With Salt, Turmeric Powder, Lemon Juice & Oil.






  • Then Cook The Chicken On High Flame.

  • When Water Gets Boil, Add Ginger Garlic Paste & Mix Well.



  • Close And Cook On Medium Flame.

  • Cook Till The Chicken Is Done & Keep Aside.


  • In Pan, Add oil

  • Add Shahjeera

  • Add Green Chillies And Saute For About 2 Minutes.

  • Then Add Chopped Onions With Salt And Cook For About 3 Minutes.


  • Then Add Curry Leaves, Ginger Garlic Paste And Turmeric Powder.



  • Cook Till Onions Becomes Soft And Light Golden Colour.

  • Then Add Cooked Chicken And Mix Well.

  • Then Add Pepper Powder, Garam Masala Powder, Coriander Powder & Cumin Powder And Mix Well.





  • Close And Cook For About 5 Minutes.

  • Then open And Add Kasoori Methi and Again Black pepper Powder And Mix Well.



  • Again Close And Cook For About 5 Minutes.

  • Then Add Coriander Leaves And Mix Well.


  • That’s It Pepper Chicken Fry is Ready To Serve.
