Ingredients :
- Tamarind - 50 g
- Jaggery - 200 g
- Raw Mango - 3 Tbsps. Chopped
- Fresh Coconut - 3 Tbsps. Chopped
- Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 Tsp.
- Salt - 1/2 Tsp.
- Ajwain - 1 Tsp.
- Putnalu / Roasted Chana Dal - 2 Tbsps.
- Neem Flower - 1 Tbsp.
Preparation:
- Clean And Soak Tamarind In Water For About 30 Minutes Or Till Tamarind Becomes Soft.
- Soak Jaggey In Water And Mix Well Till Jaggery Completely Dissolves In Water
- Now Filter The Jaggery Water .
- Now Extract Juice From Tamarind And Filter.
- Add Jaggery Water, Tamarind Water & Water As Per Sourness Of Tamarind.
- Now Add Ajwain, Neem Flower, Raw Mango, Fresh Coconut, Red Chilli Powder, Salt & Putnalu.
- Note : Fresh Coconut, Ajwain & Putnalu Are Optional.These Are Added For More Tasty While Having The Recipe.
- Mix Well.
- And Serve & Enjoy On This Ugadi.
