Ingredients :
- Chana Dal – 1 Cup
- Boneless Chicken – 250 g
- Ginger – 20 g
- Garlic – 25 g
- Cloves – 8
- Cardamom – 3
- Cumin Seeds – 1 Tsp.
- Shahjeera - 1 Tsp.
- Red Chilli Powder – 1 ½ Tsps.
- Turmeric Powder – 1 Tsp.
- Salt – As Required.
- Green Chillies – 3 Chopped
- Coriander Seeds – 1 Tbsp.
- Corn Flour
Preparation:
- Firstly Soak 1 Cup Chana Dal For About 3 to 4 Hours.
- In Jar Add 3/4th of Soaked Chana Dal, Green Chillies, Cloves, Cardamom, Cumin Seeds, Shahjeera, Red Chilli Powder, Salt, Coriander Seeds, Turmeric Powder.
- Blend Everything To Fine Paste.
- Now Add 1/4th of the Chana Dal And Blend Coarsely.
- Now Add Boneless Chicken And Blend Coarsely.
- Note : If Using Chicken Mince, No Need Of Blending. Can Add The Chicken Mince Directly.
- Now Take All This In Bowl.
- Chana Dal Mixture And Chicken.
- Add Chopped Curry Leaves & Coriander Leaves.
- Mix Well.
- Take Small Ball Size.
- Press And Flatten Into Round Shape.
- Put This In Hot Oil.
- Fry Till Golden Brown Colour.
- Remove And Place on Paper Towel.
- That’s It Chicken Pappu Vada Is Ready To Serve.
