- Bajra Poha | Pearl Millet Flakes | Sajjala Atukulu
- Cumin Seeds - 1 Tsp.
- Capsicum - 1
- Potato - 1 Big | 2 Small
- Carrots - 2
- Tomatoes - 3
- Green Chilllies - 4
- Onions - 1
- Curry Leaves
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 Tbsp
- Turmeric Powder - 1 Tsp.
- Coriander Leaves
- Salt - As Required
- Oil
- Red Chilli Powder - 1 Tsp.
Preparation:
- In Pan Add Oil.
- Then Add Cumin Seeds And Green Chilli.
- And Saute For About 1 Minute.
- Then Add Onions With Salt And Saute For About 2 Minutes.
- Then Add Curry Leaves, Ginger Garlic Paste And Turmeric Powder And Mix Well.
- When Ginger garlic Paste Leaves Raw Smell Add Vegetables Like Capsicum, Potato & Carrots With Red Chilli Powder.
- Mix Well And Cook
- Close And Cook For About 5 Minutes Or Till Vegetables Are Cooked Well.
- When Veggies Are Cooked Well Add Tomatoes And Saute Till Tomatoes Becomes Soft And Mushy.
- Then Add Bajra Poha With Water And Mix Well.
- Close And Simmer For About 10 Minutes.
- After 10 Minutes Bajra Poha Becomes Soft And Cooked Well.
- Finally Add Coriander leaves And Mix Well.
- That's Its Bajra Poha Is Ready To Serve.
