In My Recipe, I Blended Boiled And Peeled Tomatoes To Fine Paste. All These Pastes Gives The Chicken A Superb Taste With A Thick Gravy Which Sticks To The Chicken.
This Curry Goes Well With Roti, Chapathi, Naan, Plain Rice or With Flavour Rice. When Having With Plain Rice Having Other Gravy Recipe Or Tomato Chaaru, Pachi pulusu Gives A Awesome Combination.

Ingredients
Chicken Marination Ingredients:
- Chicken - 500 g
- Red Chilli Powder - 1 Tbsp.
- Salt - As Required
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 Tbsp.
- Turmeric Powder - 1 Tsp.
- Oil - 1 Tbsp.
Chicken Fry Curry Ingredients:
- Fried Chicken
- Oil
- Bay Leaf - 1
- Cardamom - 2
- Cloves - 3
- Cinnamon
- Onion Paste - 2 Big
- Curry Leaves
- Turmeric Powder - 1 Tsp.
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 Tbsp.
- Boiled Tomato Puree - 4
- Cashew Paste - 10
- Cumin Powder - 1 Tsp.
- Coriander Powder - 1 1/2 Tsps.
- Garam Masala Powder - 2 Tsps.
- Kasoori Methi - 1 Tsp.
Preparation:
Chicken Marination:
- First Clean Chicken Twice.
- The Add Red Chilli Powder, Ginger Garlic Paste, Salt, Turmeric Powder & Oil.
- Mix Well And Refrigerate At least For 1 Hour.
Boiling Chicken:
- After 1 Hour Boil Chicken And Cook Till Done.
- In Pan Add Oil And Fry the Boiled Chicken By Stirring Occasionally.
- Fry Till Golden Brown Colour.
Chicken Fry Preparation:
- Blend Onions, Cashews & Boiled Tomatoes To Fine Paste And Keep Aside.
- In Pan Add Oil
- When oil Gets Heated Up Add Bay Leaf, Cardamom, Cloves & Cinnamon.
- Then Add Onion Paste And Fry Till Colour Changes To Light Orange Colour.
- Then Add Curry Leaves, Ginger Garlic Paste And Turmeric Powder.
- Saute Well Till Raw Smell Leaves.
- Then Add Boiled Tomato Puree With Red Chilli Powder And Saute For About 3 Minutes.
- Then Add Cashew Paste, Kasoori Methi,Cumin Powder, Coriander Powder & Garam Masala Powder And Saute Well Till The Gravy Becomes Thick.
- Then Add Fried Chicken With Water And Mix Well.
- Close & Simmer For About 10 Minutes.
- After 10 Minutes Chicken Fry Releases Oil.
- Mix Well And Serve Hot.
- Serve Hot With Plain Rice or With Roti.
