Egg Fried Rice - with detail and photo and video recipe. It is one of the easy, tasty and unique recipes of rice with boiled eggs. However, it can be cooked even with leftover rice and even with mixed vegetables. But, this way of cooking gives superb taste to the recipe.
Here in this recipe I used boiled egg then grated them to small pieces and mixed the whole to the rice with crushed pepper. Adding shredded eggs in rice gives the grated egg pieces in the middle of chewing.
In order to keep the recipe simple, I didn't add vegetables and any other sauces in the rice.If one wish can add your vegetables and to make the dish Indo-Chinese recipes, one can add soya sauce and vinegar to the recipe.

Ingredients:
- Boiled Eggs - 3
- Crushed Pepper - 1 tbsp.
- Oil - 4 Tbsps.
- Bay Leaves - 2
- Biryani Flower
- Mace - Small Piece
- Kapok Buds - 3
- Nutmeg - 1 Tsp.
- Shahjeera - 1 tsp.
- Cinnamon - 1 Inch
- Cloves - 3
- Cardamom - 2
- Onion - 1 Big Chopped
- Green Chillies - 4 Chopped
- Curry Leaves
- Mint Leaves - 1 Bunch
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 Tbsp.
- Garam Masala Powder - 1 1/2 Tsp.
- Cumin Powder - 1 Tsp.
- Coriander Leaves
- Saffron Water ( Optional )
Preparation:
- Firstly boil the eggs and remove the shell.
- Now grate the boiled eggs into small pieces.
- Add this grated boiled eggs into cooked rice along with crushed pepper, mix well and keep aside.
- In a pan add oil.
- Then add bay leaves, biryani flower, mace, kapok buds, cloves, cinnamon and cardamom.
- Saute 1 Minute on low flame.
- Now add chopped onions with salt and saute for about 2 minutes.
- Add Chopped green chillies and saute for about 2 minutes.
- Then add curry leaves and mint leaves and saute.
- Mint leaves releases a nice aroma. Then add ginger garlic paste and mix well.
- Then ginger garlic paste cooked well.
- Then Add grated boiled eggs mixed rice and mix well.
- Add Saffron water on top And Close and cook for about 10 minutes.
- Then mix well and cook on open lid.
- Finally, add coriander leaves and mix well.
- Serve hot with any fries or alone.
