Chicken Marination:
- Chicken Wings - 310 g
- Curd - 1 Cup
- Red Chilli Powder - 1 Tbsp.
- Salt - As Required
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 Tsp.
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 1/2 Tbsp.
- Lemon Juice - 1 Tbsp.
- Oil - 1 1/2 Tbsps.
- Cumin Powder - 1/2 Tsp.
- Coriander Powder - 1 Tsp.
- Garam Masala Powder - 1 Tsp.
- Coriander Leaves Powder - 1 Tbsp.
- Kasoori Methi Powder - 1/2 Tbsp.
- Black Salt - 1 Tsp.
- Oil - 1/4th Cup
- Butter - 2 Cubes
- Green Chillies - 9
- Curry Leaves Garlic - 1 Tbsp.
- Sesame Seeds - 2 Tbsps.
- Chaat Masala - 1/2 Tbsp.
- In the bowl place the cloth and pour the curd.
- Remove water from the curd by refrigerating the curd for 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes, add this hung curd to the cleaned chicken along with red chili powder, salt, turmeric powder, ginger-garlic paste, and cumin powder. coriander powder, garam masala powder, kasoori methi powder, kasoori methi powder, lemon juice, and oil.
- Mix well and marinate in the fridge overnight or for about 4 to 5 hours.
- In a pan add oil, When the oil gets hot add marinated chicken and cook till the chicken is cooked well.
- Then remove the chicken and keep it aside.
- In the same pan add butter and cook till the butter melts.
- Then add green chilies, and curry leaves along with salt and mix well.
- Saute till it releases aroma then add chopped garlic and saute.
- Then add fried chicken and saute for about 1 minute.
- Then finally add chaat masala along with sesame seeds, serve hot with green chutney, and enjoy.
