Bagara Rice:
- Basmati / Normal Rice
- Mint Leaves
- Curry Leaves
- Ghee
- Kapok Buds( Marathi Moggu)
- Bay Leaves
- Nutmeg
- Dagad Phool/black stone flower(Biryani Puvvu)
- Cloves
- Cardamom (Elachi)
- Star Anise (Anasa Puvvu)
- Shahjeera
- Chopped Onions
- Chopped Green Chillies
- Ginger Garlic Paste
Preparation:
- Get Ready All the Ingredients.
- In Pan Add Ghee & Oil. When Ghee Melts Add All Biryani Masala Ingredients (Ghee – 1Tbsp, Oil – 2 Tbsp, Star Anise (Anasa Puvvu) – 1, Cardamom (Elachi) -2, Cloves – 2, Shahjeera – 1tsp, Kapok Buds( Marathi Moggu) – 2, Nutmeg – Small piece, Bay Leaves – 3, Dagad Phool/black stone flower(Biryani Puvvu))
- After 1 minutes Add Green Chillies And Cook For about 2 minutes
- Add Chopped Onions With Salt And Cook Till Onions Becomes Golden Brown Colour
- Add Mint (Pudina) & Curry Leaves
- Then Add Ginger garlic Paste And Cook Till Raw Smell Goes Away
- When Ginger Garlic Paste Is Cooked Add Water
- Soak Rice In Water 30 Minutes Before Cooking
- When Water gets Boiled Add Soaked Rice
- After Adding Rice Cook on High Flame till Water get Boil, Then Cook on low Flame till The Rice is Done
- Cook Completely Till The Rice Is Done
