Fish Fry |
Ingredients :
- Fish
- Red Chilli powder
- Salt
- Ginger garlic paste
- Turmeric powder
- All-purpose flour
- Rice flour
- Garam masala
- Jeera powder
- Coriander powder
- Kasuri methi
- Baking powder
- Oil
Preparation:
- Clean the fish and cut into pieces.
- Marinate the fish with red chili powder, salt, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder and rest it for 1 hour
- Take 1 plate and mix All-purpose Flour, Rice flour, red chili powder, Jeera powder, Coriander Powder, Salt, Kasoori methi, Garam Masala Powder and keep aside.
- Mix All and Keep Aside
- Now take 1 by 1 piece and Coat with the flour mixture and keep aside or direct put into the fry pan.
- Fish Pieces After Coating With Flour
- Take Non-Stick pan and add oil of 5 tablespoons.Now put fish pieces into the Non-Stick pan.After 5mins Slowly turn the fish pieces.
- Coarsely Turn the fish pieces for Every 10 Mins on a Medium flame.
- Carefully turn the fish pieces till it turns to golden brown color.
- Note:The main benefit to dust with the flour is that the fish will not broke or separate while we fry with less oil.
- Perfect Fry. Take Out The Fish Pieces From Pan And Serve
