Fish Fry 

Ingredients :

  • Fish
  • Red Chilli powder
  • Salt
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Turmeric powder
  • All-purpose flour
  • Rice flour
  • Garam masala
  • Jeera powder
  • Coriander powder
  • Kasuri methi
  • Baking powder
  • Oil

Preparation:

  • Clean the fish and cut into pieces.
  • Marinate the fish with red chili powder, salt, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder and rest it for 1 hour
  • Take 1 plate and mix All-purpose Flour, Rice flour, red chili powder, Jeera powder, Coriander Powder, Salt, Kasoori methi, Garam Masala Powder and keep aside.

  • Mix All  and Keep Aside
  • Now take 1 by 1 piece and Coat with the flour mixture and keep aside or direct put into the fry pan.

  • Fish Pieces After Coating With Flour

  • Take Non-Stick pan and add oil of 5 tablespoons.Now put fish pieces into the Non-Stick pan.After 5mins Slowly turn the fish pieces.

  • Coarsely Turn the fish pieces for Every 10 Mins on a Medium flame.

  • Carefully turn the fish pieces till it turns to golden brown color.
  • Note:The main benefit to dust with the flour is that the fish will not broke or separate while we fry with less oil.

  • Perfect Fry. Take Out The Fish Pieces From Pan And Serve
