Corn Vada / Makka Garelu / Makka Vada

Makka Garelu/Corn Wada


Corn Wada Is One The Easy Snack Item. Even The Kids Like This Wada Very Much As It Was Done With Corn (Either Sweet Corn Or The Normal Corn). Any Corn Goes Well With This Recipe.

Ingredients:

  • Corn(Fresh corn will be super)
  • Green Chilies
  • Garlic Cloves
  • Jeera
  • Coriander Seeds
  • Curry Leaves
  • Chopped Onions
  • Rice Flour(If you use dry corn)
Preparation:

  • Grind Corn, Green Chilies, Garlic cloves, Jeera and Coriander coarsely and keep aside.
  • Now take the mixture into a bowl
  • Add Chopped onions, Curry Leaves, Rice Flour(optional if you want to Wada to be crispy ). If you want soft skip rice flour.
  • Mix all very well and flatten the mixtures into round shape and keep aside.
  • Take fry pan And add oil, and deep fry the flatten round Wada into the oil.
  • Fry till it turn to golden color .
  • Serve Hot and Enjoy.
