Mutton Kheema Fry is a Dry item with super taste. They are many recipes to cook kheema fry. Today am sharing Mutton Kheema Masala Fry without Dry Coconut. In order to cook fast boil Mutton kheema on a pressure cooker. It makes your recipe fast. If you don’t have a pressure cooker then also it’s ok, you can follow the same procedure but its time-consuming.
Marinate Ingredients:
· Mutton Kheema – 3/4kg
· Red Chilli Powder – 2 tbsp
· Salt – To Taste
· Ginger Garlic Paste – 2Tbsp
· Turmeric Powder – 1 Tsp
Ingredients:
· Tomatoes – 4 Small/2 big
· Chopped Onions – 1
· Green Chillies – 3
· Kasoori Methi
· Garam Masala – ½ tbsp
· Jeera Powder – ½ tbsp
· Coriander Powder – ½ tbsp
· Red Chilli Powder – ½ tbsp
· Ginger Garlic Paste – 1tbsp
Preparation
· Clean Mutton Kheema and Marinate the Kheema with all Marinate Ingredients.
Marination With Red Chilli Powder, Salt, Ginger Garlic Paste & Turmeric Powder |
· When there is very less water add chopped tomatoes and ½ cup water.
· Cook till oil leaves at the side then add Boiled Mutton Kheema.

Preparation

·
Clean
Mutton Kheema and Marinate the Kheema with all Marinate Ingredients.
·
Put
it on Pressure Cooker and Boil the kheema till water releases and cook till
water observes.
·
When
there are very less water add chopped tomatoes and ½ cup water .
·
Put
it on pressure for 3 whistles
·
Now
take Non Stick Pan Add oil, Shajeera & Chopped green Chillies
·
Saute
for some time then add Chopped Onions, Salt & Kasoori methi.
·
When
Onions becomes golden brown colour add Ginger Garlic Paste and sauté for some
time.
·
Then
add Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Garam Masala, Coriander Powder, and
Jeera Powder.
·
Cook
till oil leaves at side then add Boiled Mutton Kheema.
·
Cover
And Cook the Kheema For 10mins then open lid and fry the Kheema as much fry
you want.
