Sweet Shells Is One Of The Sweet Recipe Which Is Easy,Tasty & Fast. Usually Sweet Shells Done With Sweet Shell Maker, Which Is Available In Market. But My Sweet Shells Are Done With Fork. Fork is Readily Available in Every House. Any One Can Do This Sweet Shells At Home Easily.
Ingredients:
- All Purpose Flour – 2 Cups
- Crystal Sugar - 1 ¼ Cups
- Elachi Big – 5
- Oil
Preparation:
- First Blend the sugar with elachi to fine powder.
- Take 1 bowl add powdered Sugar and Maida and mix well
- In pan heat 2 tbsp oil and add to the flour and mix
- By adding water mix flour like chapatti dough
- Now make small balls out of flour and keep aside
- Take 1 fork
- Flatten small ball on the fork and press
- Now slowly roll the dough till end
- Do the same to all small ball and keep it ready
- Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the shells upto golden brown color.
