Sesame Seeds Benefits the Heart, Lower The Cholesterol & Are Rich In Iron. The Main Source Of Amla & Green Chilies Is Vitamin C & Eating It Helps In Keeping Your Skin Healthy And Glowing.




Ingredients:


Amla | Gooseberry | Usiri Kaaya - 15
Sesame Seeds (Nuvvulu) – 50 grams
Green Chillies – 100grams
Cumin (Jeera) Seeds  - 2 Tbsp.
Fenugreek(Menthi) Seeds – ¼ tsp
Curry Leaves
Dry Red Chillies
Crushed Garlic - 10
Mustard Seeds(Avalu) – 1 Tsp
Turmeric Powder (Pasupu)
Oil

Preparation:


Wash And Clean Amla / Gooseberry (Usirikaya)
Amla | Gooseberry

Make Few Incisions / Cut And Fry An Amla in oil


Separate The seed From Amla.


Blend Amla With Salt & Turmeric Powder To Fine Paste.






Store This Paste In Air Tight Container And Refrigerate It For 1 Year.


Whenever Want to Have Amla Pickle, Do The Below Steps
Steps For 200 grams Amla Paste
Dry Roast Cumin(Jeera ) Seeds – 1 Tbsp, Fenugreek (Menthi )Seeds – ¼ tsp & Sesame Seeds( Nuvvulu) – 50 grams
Jeera(Cumin)

Fenugreek (Menthi) Seeds

Sesame Seeds - 50 grams



Add Oil To Pan And Fry Green Chillies Chopped – 100grams

Green Chillies - 100 grams

Blend Dry Roast Ingredients And Fried Green Chillies To Fine Paste

Blend Sesame Seeds, Jeera & Fenugreek

Along With Green Chllies


Then Add 200 grams Amla Paste and Blend Again



For Tempering Add Oil, Mustard Seeds, Jeera, Dry Red Chillies, Curry Leaves,Crushed Garlic & Turmeric Powder.

Add This Tempering to paste and Mix Well.
