Why Always Chapati/Roti with Curry. Try This Recipe, Chapati Chatpat. Snack/Breakfast Recipe done with fresh Chapati or with Leftover Chapati / Roti.
This Chapati Chatpat, We Used Soya Sauce & Vinegar Which Gives The Chinese Flavors Along With Spices Like Coriander Powder, Cumin, And Garam Masala. Its A Mixed Combination Of Tasty Breakfast.
Ingredients:
- Chapati /Roti – 1 ½
- Mustard Seeds – 1 Tsp
- Jeera(Cumin) Seeds – 1 Tsp
- Green Chillies – 2 Chopped
- Onions – 1 Small Chopped
- Curry Leaves
- Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 Tsp
- Turmeric Powder – ½ Tsp
- Tomatoes – 4 Chopped
- Soya Sauce – 1 Tbsp.
- Vinegar – 1 Tbsp
- Coriander Powder – 1 Tsp
- Jeera(Cumin ) Powder – 1 Tsp
- Garam Masala Powder – 1 Tsp
- Red Chilli Powder – 1 ½ Tsp
Preparation
- In Pan Add Oil
- Then Add Mustard Seeds & Jeera Seeds.
- When They Splitter Add Green Chillies and Sauté
- Add Chopped Onions with Salt and Sauté Well Till Onions Becomes Light Brown Colour
- Add Curry Leaves & Saute
- Add Ginger Garlic Paste and Saute till raw smell goes then Add Turmeric Powder
- Add Chopped Tomatoes with Red Chilli powder.
- Cover & Cook till Tomatoes Become Soft
- When Tomatoes Become Soft Add Soya Sauce & Vinegar and Saute Well
- After 2 Mins Add Coriander Powder, Jeera (Cumin) Powder & Garam Masala Powder and Mix Well
- Add Paneer Slices And Mix. If Needed Add Some Water And Cook For More 2 Mins
- Finally, add chapatti / Roti Pieces and Mix Well.
- Mix Well Till All Chapati/Roti Pieces Is Coated Well In the Sauce.
- Add Fresh Coriander Leaves.
- Chapati/ Roti Chatpat is ready to serve.
