Chicken Curry With Fresh Coconut Milk

Chicken Curry with Fresh Coconut Milk Is One Of The Mouth-Watering Recipe. A Thick Gravy Chicken Curry Tastes Good with Rice, Chapati/Roti. Coconut Milk Is Extracted At Home Which Gives Freshness To The Curry.

Ingredients:

  • Oil
  • Shahjeera – 1 Tsp
  • Green Chillies – 4 Chopped
  • Onions – 1 Big Chopped
  • Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 Tbsp
  • Curry Leaves
  • Turmeric Powder – 1 Tsp
  • Tomatoes – 4 Chopped
  • Coriander Powder – 1 ½ Tsp
  • Garam Masala Powder – 2 Tsp
  • Fenugreek Leaves Powder – 2 Tsp
  • Coriander Leaves 

Marinate Ingredients: 

  • Chicken – 500 grams
  • Red Chilli Powder – 2 Tbsps.
  • Salt – As Required
  • Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 ½ Tbsps.
  • Lemon Juice - 1 Lemon
  • Oil -2 Tbsps.

Coconut Milk Preparation:

  • Clean And Cut Coconut Into Pieces And Take In One Bowl
  • Pour Hot Water Into the Pieces And Rest It For 10mins
  • The Remove Water and Blend The Coconut By Adding Water.
  • Filter The Milk And Separate The Milk And Coconut Pulp/Scrap.

Preparation:


  • Add oil
  • Add 1 Tsp Shahjeera
  • Add Chopped Green Chillies
  • Add Onions with Salt
  • And Saute Till Onions Becomes Golden Brown Colour.
  • Add Curry Leaves
  • Add Ginger Garlic Paste and Cook till Raw Smell Leaves
  • When Ginger Garlic Paste is Cooked Add Turmeric Powder and Saute
  • Add Tomatoes and Mix Well
  • Add Marinated Chicken
  • Mix Well Cover and Cook till the Chicken Is 80 Percent Done
  • Open Mix Well And Add Coconut Milk.
  • Add Coriander Powder, Garam Masala & Fenugreek Leaves Powder.
  • Mix Well Cover and Cook for More 20 Percent.
  • When Oil Releases
  • Add Fresh Coriander leaves

Coconut Milk Is Taken From Fresh Raw Coconut.Raw Coconut Has Many Benefits To Nourish Your Body & To Lose Your Weight.Raw Coconut Boost Immune System as It Contain Antibacterial and Antiviral Properties
  • Fresh Coconut Pieces

  • Add Hot Water and Leave For 15 Mins.

  • Wash the Coconut and Blend the Coconut Pieces by Adding water.

  • Salt

  • Oil

Note:

  • Marinate Chicken Atleast For 1 Hour Before Cooking.
  • Clean Chicken And Raw Coconut Before Starting .
  • Pouring Hot Water In Raw Coconut Pieces Gives More Coconut Milk
  • Blend And Filter The Coconut And Separate The Pulp And Milk.
  • Use Spices As Per Your Taste( Like Garam Masala, Red Chilli Powder)
  • Dont Over Cook Chicken.
