Easy, Quick and Instant Pickle – Tomato Curry Pickle Done With Ripe Tomatoes. It Tastes Good With Any Breakfast, Rice Or Chapatti. Especially With Thick Curd Rice Mixed With Tomato Curry Pickle Is A Mouth Watering Combination.

Tomato Curry Pickle Step By Step Procedure:

Ingredients:

  • Tomatoes – 400 grams
  • Red Chilli Powder – 2 Tbsp.
  • Salt – As Required
  • Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 ½ Tbsp.
  • Methi (Fenugreek) Powder - ½ Tsp.
  • Jeera Powder – 1 Tsp.
  • Turmeric Powder – ½ Tsp.
  • Oil

For Tempering/ Seasoning:

  • Oil
  • Mustard Seeds – 1 Tsp
  • Jeera (Cumin) Seeds – 1 Tsp
  • Crushed Garlic – 8 Cloves
  • Dry Red Chillies – 4
  • Curry Leaves
  • Turmeric Powder – ½ tsp

Preparation:

  • In Pan Add Chopped Tomatoes.


  • Add Red Chilli Powder, Salt, Ginger Garlic Paste, Turmeric Powder.

  • Mix All Cover And Cook.

  • Tomatoes Releases Water.
  • Smash All Tomatoes.

  • Then Add Fenugreek Powder & Jeera ( Cumin) Powder and Mix well.

  • Cook Till Oil Releases And Water gets Evaporated.

For Tempering:

  • In Pan Add Oil, Mustard Seeds & Jeera Seeds.

  • Then Add Dry Red Chillies, Crushed Garlic & Curry Leaves.

  • Saute Till Garlic Turns Light Brown Colour

  • Then Add Turmeric Powder

  • Finally, Add This Tempering Into The tomato And Mix Well
