Ingredients:
- Tomatoes – 400 grams
- Red Chilli Powder – 2 Tbsp.
- Salt – As Required
- Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 ½ Tbsp.
- Methi (Fenugreek) Powder - ½ Tsp.
- Jeera Powder – 1 Tsp.
- Turmeric Powder – ½ Tsp.
- Oil
For Tempering/ Seasoning:
- Oil
- Mustard Seeds – 1 Tsp
- Jeera (Cumin) Seeds – 1 Tsp
- Crushed Garlic – 8 Cloves
- Dry Red Chillies – 4
- Curry Leaves
- Turmeric Powder – ½ tsp
Preparation:
- In Pan Add Chopped Tomatoes.
- Add Red Chilli Powder, Salt, Ginger Garlic Paste, Turmeric Powder.

- Mix All Cover And Cook.
- Tomatoes Releases Water.
- Smash All Tomatoes.
- Then Add Fenugreek Powder & Jeera ( Cumin) Powder and Mix well.

- Cook Till Oil Releases And Water gets Evaporated.
For Tempering:
- In Pan Add Oil, Mustard Seeds & Jeera Seeds.
