- Salt – As Required
- Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 ½ Tsp.

- Cooked Rice – 200grams
Preparation:
- Roast Peanuts Till It Changes Colour
- The Add Chana Dal And Urad Dal Till You Get Nice Aroma
- Add Redchillies and Green Chillies
- Then Add Chopped Onions With Salt And Cook Till It Become Golden Brown Colour.
- When Onions Changes Colour Add Curry Leaves And Cook
- Later Add Ginger Garlic Paste And Cook Till Raw Smell Leaves
- Then Add Stored Amla Paste and Turmeric Powder and Saute Well Till Oil releases

- In Amla Paste Salt Should Be As Required.
