Coconut Scrape Fritters

Coconut Scrap Fritters /Coconut Muttilu / Coconut Fritters With Left Over Coconut Milk Pulp. After Using Coconut Milk Why To Waste The Coconut Scrap, Coconut Fritters Are One Of The Easy and Tasty Snack Item One Should Try.

Ingredients:

  • Coconut Scrap (Left Over After Taking Coconut Milk)
  • Mint Leaves ( Pudina)
  • Fenugreek Leaves (Menthi Kura)
  • Coriander Leaves( Kothimeera)
  • Green Chillies – 1 Chopped
  • Red Chilli Powder – 1 Tbsp
  • Salt – As Required
  • Besan – 2 Tbsp
  • Corn Flour – 1 Tbsp
  • Garam Masala – 1 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder – 1 Tsp
  • Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 Tsp

Preparation:

  • Mix All Ingredients Like Coriander Leaves, Mint Leaves, Fenugreek leaves, Besan, Corn Flour, Curry Leaves, Ginger Garlic Paste, Salt, Turmeric Powder And Garam Masala powder.
  • Mix Well
  • Take Some Mixture, Do like Small Ball.
  • On Another Hand Press & Flatten The Mixture And Make Round Shape.
  • Do the same for remaining.
  • Heat Oil in Kadai and Drop The Flattened Fritters Into The Oil And Deep Fry Till Golden Brown Colour.

  • Mix Well

  • Take Some Mixture, Do like Small Ball.

  • On Another Hand Press & Flatten The Mixture And Make Round Shape.


  • Do the same for remaining.

  • Heat Oil in Kadai and Drop The Flattened Fritters Into The Oil .

  •  Deep Fry Till Golden Brown Colour.
