Ingredients:
- Coconut Scrap (Left Over After Taking Coconut Milk)
- Mint Leaves ( Pudina)
- Fenugreek Leaves (Menthi Kura)
- Coriander Leaves( Kothimeera)
- Green Chillies – 1 Chopped
- Red Chilli Powder – 1 Tbsp
- Salt – As Required
- Besan – 2 Tbsp
- Corn Flour – 1 Tbsp
- Garam Masala – 1 tsp
- Turmeric Powder – 1 Tsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 Tsp
Preparation:
- Mix All Ingredients Like Coriander Leaves, Mint Leaves, Fenugreek leaves, Besan, Corn Flour, Curry Leaves, Ginger Garlic Paste, Salt, Turmeric Powder And Garam Masala powder.
- Mix Well
- Take Some Mixture, Do like Small Ball.
- On Another Hand Press & Flatten The Mixture And Make Round Shape.
- Do the same for remaining.
- Heat Oil in Kadai and Drop The Flattened Fritters Into The Oil And Deep Fry Till Golden Brown Colour.
