Egg Fried Rice

Egg Fried Rice Is A Rice Dish Of Cooked Rice.It’s an Indo-Chinese Dish With Sauces And Spices.Mine Egg Fried Rice Was Done By Adding Soya Sauce And Vinegar With Some Spice Flavors.

 Egg Fried Rice Can Also Be Done Without Adding Tomatoes, Instead Can Add Tomato Sauce.It Can Also Be Done Without Adding Tomatoes And Sauces Like Soya Sauce And Vinegar.



Ingredients:

  • Cooked Rice -  200grams
  • Eggs : 3
  • Salt – As Required
  • Pepper Powder – 1 Tsp
  • Hing( Asafostida) – 1 Tsp
  • Mustard Seeds – 1 Tsp
  • Cumin (jeera) Seeds – 1 Tsp
  • Green Chillies – 4 Chopped
  • Onions – 1 Big Chopped
  • Curry Leaves
  • Tomatoes – 4 Chopped
  • Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
  • Spring Onions
  • Turmeric Powder – 1 Tsp
  • Soya Sauce – 1 ½ Tsp
  • Vinegar – 1 Tsp
  • Nutmeg Powder – 1 Tsp

Preparation:

  • Crack 3 Eggs, Add Salt, Pepper Powder & Hing.
  • In Pan Add Oil.
  • Add The Egg Mixture And Scramble Eggs And Keep Aside.
  • In Pan Add Oil And Add Mustard Seeds And Cumin (Jeera) Seeds.
  • Add Green Chillies And Saute Well
  • Add Chopped Onions With Salt And Saute Till Onions Become Golden Brown Colour.
  • Add Curry Leaves And Saute.
  • Add Ginger Garlic Paste.
  • Add Chopped Tomatoes With Red Chilli Powder And Mix Well.
  • Add Turmeric Powder And Mix Well.
  • When Tomatoes Become Soft Add Soya Sauce And Vinegar and Mix Well And Cook For About 2 Mins.
  • Then Add Scrambled Egg and Cook for More 3 Mins.
  • Add Cooked Rice, Nutmeg Powder & Pepper Powder And Mix Well.
  • Cook for about 5 mins Then Add Coriander Leaves and Mix Well.
  • Egg Fried Rice Is ready To Serve.

Preparation:

  • Crack 3 Eggs, Add Salt, Pepper Powder & Hing.




  • In Pan Add Oil.
  • Add The Egg Mixture And Scramble Eggs And Keep Aside.

  • In Pan Add Oil And Add Mustard Seeds And Cumin (Jeera) Seeds.



  • Add Green Chillies And Saute Well.

  • Add Chopped Onions With Salt And Saute Till Onions Become Golden Brown Colour.


  • Add Curry Leaves, Spring Onions And Saute.



  • Add Ginger Garlic Paste.

  • Add Chopped Tomatoes With Red Chilli Powder And Mix Well.


  • Add Turmeric Powder And Mix Well.


  • When Tomatoes Become Soft Add Soya Sauce And Vinegar and Mix Well And Cook For About 2 Mins.


  • Then Add Scrambled Egg and Cook for More 3 Mins.

  • Add Cooked Rice, Nutmeg Powder & Pepper Powder And Mix Well.



  • Cook for about 5 mins Then Add Coriander Leaves and Mix Well.



  • Egg Fried Rice Is ready To Serve.

Note:

  • Scramble Egg By Adding Pepper Powder, Salt And Hing.
  • Cook Basmati Rice Or Normal Rice.
  • Can Use Even the Left Over Rice.
  • Chop Tomatoes very finely.
  • Dont Over Cook the Rice.
  • Cook Rice With 1/4 Less Water.
