I did with 1 ½ Cups of Lobia .After 5 Hours Divide lobia ½ Cup And 1 Cup. This Is Done Because 1 Cup Lobia Is Blended To Coarsely Not The Smooth Paste. This Will Give some Beans While Chewing / Eating Lobia Vada.

Finally I Would Like To Highlight Some Of My Snack Recipes like Coconut Scrap Fritters , Vegetable Manchurian Dry , Chapathi Chatpat , Corn Vada .
Ingredients:
- Lobia / Bobbarlu – 1 ½ Cups
- Green Chillies – 6 Chopped
- Shahijeera – 1 ½ tsp
- Coriander Seeds – 1 ½ Tbsp.
- Cumin ( Jeera) – 1 Tsp
- Cloves – 8 to 10
- Coriander Leaves – ½ Cup
- Curry Leaves – ¼ Cup
- Onions – 3 Chopped
- Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 Tbsp.
- Salt – As Required
- Oil – For Deep Fry
Preparation:
- Clean & Soak 1 ½ Cups Lobia In Water For About 5 Hours / Overnight.Soaking Lobia In Water Will Increase The Size Of Lobia And gives Soft Beans.
- Divide The Soaked Lobia Into ½ Cup And 1 Cup
- In ½ Cup Lobia Add Green Chillies
- Coriander Seeds, Shahijeera, Jeera & Cloves
- Blend The ½ Cup Lobia With Ingredients to Smooth Paste.
- Blend 1 Cup Lobia Into Coarsely, Not Into Smooth Paste.
- Mix Smooth Paste Lobia And Coarsely Blend Lobia .
- Add Coriander Leaves, Chopped Onions, Ginger Garlic Paste & Salt
- Mix Well
- Now Take Small Mixture, Round To Ball.
- Press And Flatten The Mixture.
- Deep Fry The Lobia Vada into Brown Colour.
- Serve Hot With Lemon and Onions.

- Slowly Put Lobia Into Oil.
- If Needed Rub Your Palm With Water/Oil.
