Use Of Sauces In The Recipe Makes The Recipe Sweet, Spicy & Tangy Flavor.
Dry Vegetable Manchurian
Balls Ingredients:
- Cabbage – 1 Cup
- Carrot – ¼ Cup
- Beans - ¼ Cup
- Cauliflower – ¼ Cup
- Capsicum – 1 Small
- Salt – As Required
- Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 Tbsp.
- Red Chilli Powder – 1 Tbsp.
- Black Pepper Powder – 1 Tsp.
- Maida / All Purpose Flour / Plain Flour – 3 Tbsp.
- Corn Flour – 2 Tbsp.
- Oil – For Deep Fry
Sauce
Ingredients:
- Oil – 2 Tbsp.
- Green Chillies – 3 Chopped
- Onion – 1 Chopped
- Garlic – 15 Cloves /1 Tbsp.
- Spring Onion Green – 1 Tbsp.
- Tomato Puree / Tomato Sauce – 2 Tbsp.
- Soya Sauce – 2 Tbsp.
- Vinegar – 1 Tbsp.
Corn Starch
Preparation:
- Corn Flour – 2 Tsp
- Water – ¼
Balls Preparation:
- In Bowl Add Grated Cabbage, Carrot, French Beans, Cauliflower, Capsicum, Salt, Black Pepper Powder, Ginger Garlic Paste,RedChilli Powder, Maida/ All Purpose Flour & Corn Flour
- Press And Mix All Vegetables Without Adding extra Water.
- Now Take Small Mixture And Round to Small Ball Size.
- Deep The Balls Till Light Brown Colour And Remove.
- Rest for 5 Mins.
- Again Deep Fry The Ball For Second Time Till Golden Brown Colour.
- Remove The Balls From Oil And Keep Aside.
Sauce
Preparation:
- In Pan, Add Oil
- Then Add Chopped Green Chillies And Saute For 2 Mins
- Then Add Chopped Onion With Salt And Saute Till Light Brown Colour.
- Then Add Chopped Garlic & Spring Onions And Saute.
- Add Tomato Puree / Tomato Sauce And Mix Well
- Then Add Soya Sauce & Vinegar And Mix Well
- Add Some Water And Mix
- Then Add Fried Balls.
- Mix Well And Cook For 2 Mins
- Then Add Corn Starch And Mix Well
- Dry Vegetable Manchurian Is Ready To Serve.
