Chicken fried Rice – Is Easy Rice Dish Done with Fried Chicken with Detail Photo and Video Recipe. This Is A Type of Indo-Chinese Dish, As I Used Sauces And Spices In This Dish.

Chicken Fried Is Done With fried Chicken After Marinating. Marination Makes The Chicken More Tender And Juicy After Cooking.

I Overnight Marinated Chicken To Make My Dish More Easy, Fast And It Gives Tender, Juicy Chicken. Even 30 Minutes To 1 Hour Marinations Also Makes The Chicken Juicy And Soft. In This Fried Rice I Even Added Tomatoes To Give Some Gravy And Its Gives Very Superb Taste.

Chicken Fried Rice

Ingredients:

Marinate Ingredients:
  • Boneless Chicken – 300 g
  • Turmeric Powder – 1 Tsp.
  • Pepper Powder – 1 ½ Tsps.
  • Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 Tsp.
  • Soya Sauce – 1 Tbsp.
  • Salt – As Required

Main Ingredients:
  • Green Chillies – 3 Chopped
  • Onions – 2 Big Chopped
  • Curry Leaves
  • Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 Tbsp.
  • Turmeric Powder – 1 Tsp.
  • Tomatoes – 2 Big Chopped
  • Red Chilli Powder – 1 Tsp.
  • Garam Masala Powder – 1 Tsp.
  • Coriander Powder – 1 Tsp.
  • Cumin Powder – 1 Tsp.
  • Soya Sauce -2 Tbsps.
  • Vinegar – 1 Tbsp.
  • Spring Onions ( Green)
  • Coriander Leaves

Preparation:

  • First Clean The Chicken .
  • Then Marinate The Chicken With Turmeric Powder, Salt, Ginger Garlic Paste, Soya Sauce & Pepper Powder.
  • Marinate The Chicken And Refrigerate It At least For 30 Minutes Or For 1 Hour.
  • Then Add The Marinated Chicken In Oil And Fry The Chicken Till Golden Brown Colour.
  • First Chicken releases Water.
  • Cook The Chicken Till Water Evaporates.
  • Then Fry The Chicken Till Golden Brown Colour.
  • Remove The Fried Chicken And Keep Aside.
  • In Pan, Add Oil.
  • Then Add Green Chillies.
  • Add Chopped Onions With Salt .
  • Saute The Onions Till They Turn Light Brown Colour.
  • Then Add Curry Leaves, Ginger Garlic Paste And Turmeric Powder And Mix Well.
  • Cook Till Ginger Garlic Paste Leaves Raw Smell.
  • Then Add Chopped Tomatoes With Red Chilli Powder and Mix Well.
  • Close And Cook Till The Tomatoes Are Soft.
  • When Tomatoes Are Soft, Add Soya Sauce, Vinegar And Fried Chicken And Mix Well.
  • Close And Cook For About 5 Minutes.
  • Then Open And Add Garam Masala Powder, Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder And Mix Well.
  • Then Add Cooked Rice With Crushed Pepper Powder And Mix Well.
  • Cook For About 5 More Minutes Till The Whole Rice Gets Heated.
  • Then Add Spring Onions And Freshly Chopped Coriander Leaves And Mix Well.
  • That’s It Chicken Fried Rice Is Ready To Serve.

Step By Step Procedure With Pictures:

  • First Clean The Chicken .

  • Then Marinate The Chicken With Turmeric Powder, Salt, Ginger Garlic Paste, Soya Sauce & Pepper Powder.






  • Marinate The Chicken And Refrigerate It At least For 30 Minutes Or For 1 Hour.

  • Then Add The Marinated Chicken In Oil And Fry The Chicken Till Golden Brown Colour.



  • Chicken Changes Colour, Close And Cook For About 5 Minutes.


  • First Chicken releases Water.

  • Cook The Chicken Till Water Evaporates.

  • Then Fry The Chicken Till Golden Brown Colour.

  • Remove The Fried Chicken And Keep Aside.


  • In Pan, Add Oil.


  • Then Add Green Chillies.
  • Add Chopped Onions With Salt .



  • Saute The Onions Till They Turn Light Brown Colour.

  • Then Add Curry Leaves, Ginger Garlic Paste And Turmeric Powder And Mix Well.



  • Cook Till Ginger Garlic Paste Leaves Raw Smell.

  • Then Add Chopped Tomatoes With Red Chilli Powder and Mix Well.


  • Close And Cook Till The Tomatoes Are Soft.

  • When Tomatoes Are Soft, Add Soya Sauce, Vinegar And Fried Chicken And Mix Well.





  • Close And Cook For About 5 Minutes.

  • Then Open And Add Garam Masala Powder, Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder And Mix Well.






  • Then Add Cooked Rice With Crushed Pepper Powder And Mix Well.


  • Cook For About 5 More Minutes Till The Whole Rice Gets Heated.


  • Then Add Spring Onions And Freshly Chopped Coriander Leaves And Mix Well.




  • That’s It Chicken Fried Rice Is Ready To Serve.

Note:

  • Marinate The Chicken Atleast For 30 Minutes or 1 Hour Before Cooking.
  • Dont Over Cook Rice .
  • While Cooking Rice Add 1/4 th Less Water With Oil .
  • Fry The Chicken to Golden Brown Colour.
