Dry Coconut Masala Egg Curry – With Detail Photo And Video Recipe. This Is one of the Mouth-watering recipe Done With Dry Coconut Masala Powder. This Is Not The Gravy Egg Curry Usually Done At Home. This Is Different And tasty recipe One Should Try.

I Didn’t Added Coconut Masala To the Curry. Coconut Masala Powder Is Added On top Of the Eggs, That’s Makes the Eggs More Tasty with Some Spice Masala Flavours.



I Did All These With Onion Curry, This Will Gives The All Flavours And Life To the Curry. Favours In The Sense Onions Sweetness, Masala Spiciness And Coconut Powder Texture. Waoo!!!, Superb Taste .

This Curry Goes Well With Chapathi, Naan, Roti, Poori, And Rice With Pachi Pulusu or Tomato Rasam.



Ingredients:

Coconut Masala Ingredients:
  • Dry Coconut – 1 Medium Size or 30 g
  • Cloves – 6
  • Cardamom – 3
  • Cinnamon – Small Piece
  • Shahjeera – 1 ½ Tsps.
  • Cumin Powder - 1 Tsp
  • Coriander Powder - 1 1/2 Tsps.
Main Ingredients:
  • Eggs – 4
  • Onions – 4 Big Chopped
  • Green Chillies – 4 Chopped
  • Curry Leaves
  • Fenugreek Leaves – 1 Cup ( Optional )
  • Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 Tbsp.
  • Turmeric Powder – 1 Tsp
  • Red Chilli Powder - 1 1/2 Tsps..
  • Fresh Coriander Leaves
  • Salt – As Required
  • Oil

Preparation:
  • Firstly Chop One Dry Coconut Into Small Pieces And Add to Blender.
  • Now Add Cloves, Cardamom ( Elachi ), Cinnamon( Small Piece), Shahjeera To The Blender.
  • Now Blend All These To Fine Powder & Keep Aside.
  • Now In Pan, Add Oil.
  • Then Add Mustard Seeds And Cumin Seeds.
  • When They Splutter, Add Green Chillies And Onions With Salt.
  • Cook Onions Till It Becomes Light Brown Colour.
  • Then Add Curry Leaves And Fenugreek Leaves And Saute Till Fenugreek Leaves Releases Nice Aroma.
  • Then Add Ginger Garlic Paste And Turmeric Powder And Mix Well.
  • Cook Till Ginger Garlic Paste Leaves Raw Smell.
  • Add Red Chilli Powder And Cook Till Oil Releases.
  • Now Check and Adjust Salt If required.
  • Then Break One-by-One Egg Into The Onion Curry
  • Add Dry Coconut Masala Powder On Top Of The Eggs And Close The Lid Without Mixing.
  • Close And Cook For About 5 Minutes.
  • Then Open And Slowly Turn The Eggs.
  • Again Close And Cook For About 5 More Minutes.
  • Open Again Turn Slowly.
  • Cook For More 5 to 10 Minutes or Till Eggs Are Cooked Completely.
  • Then Add Coriander Leaves And Mix Well.
  • That’s Its, Coconut Masala Egg Is Ready To Serve.

  • Cook Till Ginger Garlic Paste Leaves Raw Smell.


  • Add Red Chilli Powder And Cook Till Oil Releases.


  • Now Adjust Salt If required.


  • Then Break One-by-One Egg Into The Onion Curry


  • Add Dry Coconut Masala Powder On Top Of The Eggs And Close The Lid Without Mixing.




  • Close And Cook For About 5 Minutes.
  • Then Open And Slowly Turn The Eggs.

  • Again Close And Cook For About 5 More Minutes.

  • Open Again Turn Slowly.
