Boiled Egg Dosa Recipe | Dosa Recipes With Detail Photo & Video Recipe. Dosa Is A Type Of Pan Cake Done With Fermented Batter. It Looks Just Like Crepe In Appearance. Many Varieties Of Dosa Are There, Like Onions Dosa, Masala Dosa, Neer Dosa, Egg Dosa, Rava Dosa, Ghee Roast Dosa Etc.

Dosa Is Indigenous To South Indian, Gradually Popular In North. Usually In South Indian Home Prepare Plain Dosa With Sambar or Dosa Pickle. But This Type Of Boiled Egg Dosa Is Different, Tasty & Healthy Breakfast. Even Kids Like This Dosa To Have With Their Hands For Breakfast As Well As For Lunch Box.

We Use To Prepare The Dosa Batter With Rice And Urad Dal Soaked For 4-5 Hours. Then Blend The Mixture And Rest Overnight For Fermenting Process. This Makes The Dosa More Crispy And Tasty. After Fermentation, This Dosa Batter Can Store In Fridge For About 3 - 4 Days.

In My Boiled Egg Dosa, I Boiled Eggs And Then Blend The Boiled Eggs and Keep Aside.I Used The BBQ Sauce Prepare By Me At Home. Then Topped With Blended Boiled Egg, Onions, Pepper Powder & Spring Onions.



INGREDIENTS:

  • Dosa Batter
  • Boiled Eggs - 3
  • Onions - 3 Big Chopped
  • Spring Onions
  • Red Chilli Powder - 1 Tsp.
  • Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 Tsp.
  • BBQ Sauce ( Click Here )
  • Turmeric Powder - 1 Tsp
  • Oil

PREPARATION

Boiled Eggs Topping Preparation:

  • Boil Eggs.
  • Cut Boiled Eggs Into Half And Add To Blender.
  • Coarsely Blend Boiled Eggs.
  • In Pan Add Oil.
  • Add Chopped Onions, Spring Onions ( Green ) With Salt.
  • Mix Well And Saute Till Onions Turns Light Brown Colour.
  • When Done, Add Ginger Garlic Paste, Turmeric Powder & Red Chilli Powder.
  • Mix Well And Saute For About 2 Minutes.
  • Thats Its Boiled Eggs Topping Is Ready .
  • Keep Aside. 

Dosa Preparation:

  • In Dosa Pan, Add Dosa Batter And Spread Gently.
  • Now Add BBQ Sauce And Spread.
  • Add Cooked Boiled Eggs On Top.
  • Add Black Pepper Powder, Chopped Onions & Chopped Spring Onions.
  • Cook Everything On Low Flame.
  • Spread Oil Across The Dosa.
  • Scrape From Sides.
  • Slowly Roll The Dosa Till End.
  • Note : Don't Burn Your Fingers, If It Is hot Then Take The Dosa Out Then Roll.
  • That's It, Tasty, Easy And Healthy Boiled Egg Dosa Is Ready To Serve.
  • Serve hot With Onions, Spring Onions, Sauce, Chutney Or Ginger Chutney.

  • Add Black Pepper Powder, Chopped Onions & Chopped Spring Onions.



  • Cook Everything On Low Flame.

  • Spread Oil Across The Dosa.

  • Scrape From Sides.

  • Slowly Roll The Dosa Till End.


Note : Dont Burn Your Fingers, If It Is hot Then Take The Dosa Out Then Roll.
