Water For About 5 Minutes. It Makes My Recipes Fast As Well As Removes Impurities.

Sharing Mushroom Fry Curry Recipe Done Based On Curd / Yogurt, Tomato Puree And
Cashew Paste. The Cashew Paste In The Recipes Makes the Recipes More Rich.

Ingredients:
- Mushrooms – 200 grams
- Green Chillies – 4 Chopped
- Onion – 1 Big
- Garlic Cloves – 1 Tbsp Chopped
- Ginger Garlic Paste – ½ Tbsp.
- Curd / Yogurt – 2 Tbsp.
- Tomato Puree – 4 Boiled And Blended Puree.
- Red Chilli Powder – 1 Tbsp.
- Cashew Paste – 10 Cashew Blended Into Smooth Paste.
- Kasoori Methi ( Dry Fenugreek Leaves ) Powder – 1 Tsp
- Coriander Powder – 1 ½ Tsp
- Garam Masala Powder – 1 Tsp
- Water – 2 Tbsp.
- Salt – As Required
- Oil – 3 -4 Tbsp.
Preparation:
- First Clean And Rest Mushrooms In Hot Water For About 5 Minutes.
- Then Remove And Clean Mushroom Again.
- In Pan Add Oil And Fry Boiled Mushrooms With Salt.
- Fry Till Light Brown Colour.
- Remove And Keep Aside.
- In The Same Pan Add Green Chillies And Saute For 1 Minute.
- Then Add Chopped Onions With Salt And Saute Till Onions Becomes Light Golden Colour.
- Then Add Chopped Garlic And Saute For More 2 Minutes.
- Add Ginger Garlic Paste , Turmeric Powder And Cook Till Raw Smell Leaves.
- Add thick Curd / Yogurt And Mix Well.
- Cook Till Oil Releases At Side.
- Note : Cook Well Till Oil Releases.
- Then Add Tomato puree With Red Chilli Powder And Mix Well
- Close And Cook For About 5 Minutes
- Then Add Cashew Paste And Cook Till Oil Releases Or Till Puree Becomes Thick
- When Gravy Becomes Thick Add Kasoori Methi, Coriander Powder And Garam masala Powder And Mix Well.
- Then Add Fried Mushrooms With Some Water And Mix Well.
- Close And Cook For About 2 Mins And Fry Till Water Absorbs.
- Finally Add Fresh Chopped Coriander Leaves And Mix Well
