Chicken Kheema Fried Rice



Chicken Kheema Fried Rice Is One Of the Special Variety Rice Done With Chicken Mince. One Can Do This Just By Taking The Boneless Chicken And Blend The Chicken To Fine Paste.

This Is One Of The Rice Dish Done With All The Spice Flavors Including The Sauces. Cook Rice Before With 1/4 Less Water. Adding Less Water Will Not Make the Rice Sticky.







Chicken Marinade Ingredients:

§  Boneless Chicken – 250grms
§  Red Chilli powder – 2tbsp
§  Turmeric powder – 1tsp
§  Salt – As Required
§  Ginger Garlic Paste – 2tbsp
§  Garam Masala Powder -  1tsp
§  Coriander Powder – 2tsp

Ingredients:

§  Rice   - 250grms
§  Onion – 1 Chopped
§  Garlic Cloves – 5 Chopped
§  Soya Sauce – 3tbsp.
§  Vinegar – 2tbsp.
§  Curry leaves
§  Garam Masala – 1tsp
§  Cumin Powder (Jeera) – 2tsp
§  Pepper Powder – 3tbsp.
§  Green Chillies – 2 Chopped
§  Shahjeera – 1tsp
§  Jeera – 1tsp

Preparation:


·        Marinate The Boneless Chicken Pieces With Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Ginger Garlic Paste, Garam Masala Powder & Salt
·        Blend The Marinated Chicken Into Smooth Paste.
·        Take 2 Clove(Lavang), 2 Cardamom(Elachi), Small Piece Of Star Anise(Anasa Puvvu), Nutmeg (Jajikaya)
·        Add Shahjeera And Cumin Seeds(Jeera) To The Oil.
·        Add Masalas Clove, Elachi, Nutmeg & Star Anise
·        Add Green Chillies
·        Add Chopped Onions With Salt
·        Saute Till Onions Becomes Golden Brown Colour
·        Add Chopped Garlic, Curry Leaves & Saute Till Garlic Becomes Light Brown Colour
·        Add Blended Chicken Paste And Cook For 5 Minutes
·        After 5 Minutes Slowly Turn The Chicken
·        Cook Till The Chicken Turns White Colour
·        Now Beat The Chicken Into Pieces And Cook
·        When The Chicken Is Cooked Add Soya Sauce and Vinegar
·        Mix Well and Cook For More 2 Minutes
·        Soak Rice In Water 30 Minutes Before Cooking. Cooked Rice By Adding Shahjeera And Salt
·        Add Cooked Rice, Garam Masala, Jeera Powder & Pepper Powder
·        Mix Well And Cook For 5 Minutes
·        Squeeze 1 Lemon and Add Ajinomoto (MSG, Optional)
·        Add Lemon Juice And Mix Well And Cook For Only 1Minute
