Chicken Hakka Noodles With Step by Step Photo & Video Recipe.

Chicken Hakka Noodles Is A Simple, Tasty & An Amazing Chinese Recipe. It Is A Stir-Fried Dish Consisting Of Chicken, Noodles & Vegetables.
Firstly, In Boiling Water Add Noodles And Cook. Once Cooked Drain The Water Then Add Cool Water And Stir Once And Drain The Water Again. Finally Add Oil, Mix And Keep Aside. Now Cook The Chicken In Oil And Fry The Chicken Then Chop Into Small Pieces And Keep Aside.

Then Grate & Chop All The Vegetables And Keep Aside. Now Its Makes Very Easy To Prepare Tasty Chicken Noodles.



Chicken Hakka Noodles:Ingredients:

  • Boneless Chicken – 200 g 
  • Noodles – 150 g 
  • Green Chillies – 3 Chopped 
  • Onions – 1 Big Chopped 
  • Curry Leaves 
  • Garlic – 1 Tbsp. Chopped 
  • Grated Cabbage – 3/4th Cup 
  • Grated Carrot – 2 
  • Chopped Capsicum – 1 
  • Soya Sauce – 2 Tbsps. 
  • Vinegar – 1 Tbsp. 
  • Boiled Tomato Puree – 1 Cup 
  • Spring Onions 
  • Coriander Leaves 
  • Oil 

Preparation:

Cooking Noodles:
  • In Deep Vessel, Add Water.
  • When Water Gets Boiled Add Noodles With Salt And Bring To Boil Again.
  • Boil & Cook Noodles.
  • When Done, Drain Off The Water.
  • Wash With Cool Water & Again Drain The Water.
  • Then Add Oil, Mix & Keep Aside.


Cooking Chicken:
  • In Pan, Add Oil
  • Add Marinated Chicken And Cook.
  • Chicken Changes Colour.
  • Cook Well Till Is Done.
  • Then Remove And Chop Into Small Pieces.


Cooking Noodles:
  • In The Same Pan Add More Oil.
  • Then Add Green Chillies, Onion With Salt.
  • Saute Well Till Onions Turns Light Brown Colour.
  • Then Add Curry Leaves And Chopped Garlic.
  • Saute Till Garlic Turns Brown Colour.
  • Then Add Grated Cabbage, Grated Carrot, Chopped Capsicum & Turmeric Powder And Mix Well.
  • Close And Cook For About 2 Minutes.
  • When Vegetables Are Cooked Well, Add Boiled Tomato Puree, Red Chilli Powder, Chopped Chicken And Mix Well.
  • Cook Till Tomato Puree Becomes Thick.
  • Now Add Cooked Noodles And Mix Well.
  • Cook For About 2 Minutes
  • Then Add Chopped Spring Onions & Coriander Leaves.
  • Mix Well
  • That’s Its Chicken Hakka Noodles Is Ready To Serve.

Step By Step Procedure With Picture:

Cooking Noodles:
  • In Deep Vessel, Add Water.

  • Boil & Cook Noodles.

  • When Done, Drain Off The Water.

  • Close And Cook For About 5 Minutes.


  • When Vegetables Are Cooked Well, Add Boiled Tomato Puree, Red Chilli Powder, Pepper Powder, Chopped Chicken And Mix Well.






  • Cook Till Tomato Puree Becomes Thick Add Vinegar & Soya Sauce.



  • Close And Cook For 2 minutes

  • Now Add Cooked Noodles And Mix Well.




  • Cook For About 2 Minutes

  • Then Add Chopped Spring Onions & Coriander Leaves.


  • Mix Well

  • That’s Its Chicken Hakka Noodles Is Ready To Serve.
