Gobi ( Cauliflower ) Fried Rice With Detail Photo & Video Recipe.There Are Many Varities Of Fried Rice But, This Gobi Rice Is Different From Other. The Distinct Flavor Of This Rice Is So Tasty And Very Easy To Cook.This Rice Will Be Your Kids Favorite Once The Rice Was Tasted.This Is Recipe Can Serve Even In Lunch Box.The Taste And Flavor Of The Rice Remains Same Till Afternoon.This Makes You Feel, That You Having Your Lunch At Home.

Firstly Chop And Cut The Gobi Into Small Florets.If Your Kids Doesn't Like To Eat The Gobi Then One Can Blend The Gobi And Then Follow The Same Procedure.Soak The Gobi Florets In Hot Water For ABout 10 Minutes.This Makes Us To Clean The Gobi If There Are Any Insects.

After Soaking, Remove Water And Fry The Gobi With Spices And Salt. If One Want Deep Fry Can Do By Marinating the Gobi With Red Chilli Powder, Salt, Ginger Garlic Paste, Turmeric Powder & Corn Flour.

Then Prepare The Rice. Rice Should Be Non Sticky.Rice Should Flow Just Like Flower.Gobi Fried Rice Is Done By Add Sauces And Spices Just Like The Indo-Chinese Recipe.

Ingredients:

  • Gobi ( Cauliflower ) - 500 g
  • Rice - 250 g
  • Red Chilli Powder - 2 Tsps.
  • Turmeric Powder - 2 Tsps.
  • Green Chillies - 3 Chopped
  • Onions - 1 Chopped
  • Garlic - 1 Tbsp. Chopped
  • Curry Leaves
  • Spring Onions
  • Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 Tsp.
  • Jeera Powder - 1 tsp.
  • Coriander Powder - 1 1/2 Tsps.
  • Garam Masala Powder - 1 Tsp.
  • Soya Sauce - 2 Tbsps.
  • Vinegar - 1 Tbsp.
  • Salt - As Required
  • Oil

Preparation:

  • Cut The Gobi Into Small Pieces.
  • Now Add The Gobi Florets Into The Bowl.
  • Pour Hot Water Into The Bowl And Soak The Gobi For About 10 Minutes.
  • After 10 Minutes, Remove Water And Keep Aside.
  • In Pan Add Oil.
  • Add Gobi Florets, And Add Red Chilli Powder, Salt & Turmeric Powder.
  • Mix Well & Saute Till Gobi Turns Light Brown Colour.
  • Fry The Gobi Till Done.
  • Remove And Keep Aside.
  • In The Same Pan, Add Oil.
  • Add Mustard & Cumin Seeds.
  • Add Green Chillies, Onions With Salt.
  • Saute Well Till The Onions Turns Light Brown Color.
  • Then Add Curry Leaves & Spring Onions And Mix Well.
  • Now Add Turmeric Powder, Ginger Garlic Paste And Saute Well Till The Ginger Garlic Paste Leaves Raw Smell.
  • When Done Add Fried Gobi Florets, Vinegar, Soya Sauce, Red Chilli Powder, Jeera Powder, Coriander Powder & Garam Masala Powder And Mix Well.
  • Close And Cook For 2 Minutes.
  • After 2 Minutes Mix Once Then Add Cooked Rice And Mix Well.
  • Again Close And Simmer For 5 Minutes.
  • After That Add Coriander Leaves And Spring Onions
  • That's it Gobi Fried Rice Is Ready To Serve.
  • Serve Hot.

Step By Step Procedure With Picture.

  • Add Green Chillies, Onions With Salt.



  • Saute Well Till The Onions Turns Light Brown Color.


  • Then Add Chopped Garlic, Curry Leaves & Spring Onions And Mix Well.




  • Now Add Turmeric Powder, Ginger Garlic Paste And Saute Well Till The Ginger Garlic Paste Leaves Raw Smell.



  • When Done Add Fried Gobi Florets, Vinegar, Soya Sauce, Red Chilli Powder, Jeera Powder, Coriander Powder & Garam Masala Powder And Mix Well.








  • Close And Cook For 2 Minutes.


  • After 2 Minutes Mix Once Then Add Cooked Rice And Mix Well.



  • Add Black Pepper Powder.

  • Again Close And Simmer For 5 Minutes.


  • After That Add Coriander Leaves And Spring Onions



  • That's it Gobi Fried Rice Is Ready To Serve.

  • Serve Hot.
