Usually Paneer Bhurji Is Done With Tomatoes, I Just tried This Recipe
But, Taste Superb When Served With Rice / Roti. I Did The Recipe Just Like Egg
Bhurji. Instead Of Egg I, Added Crumbled Paneer. The Procedure Starts With
Frying The Onions Then Added Masalas For More Taste Enhancement. Before Cooking
I Soaked Paneer In Hot Water For About 3 Minutes. This Makes the Paneer Very Soft.
Ingredients:
- Paneer – 200 g
- Onions – 4 Big Chopped
- Green Chillies – 3 Chopped
- Curry Leaves
- Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 Tbsp.
- Turmeric Powder – 1 Tsp.
- Red Chilli Powder – 1 ½ Tsp.
- Cumin Powder ( Jeera ) – 1 Tsp.
- Coriander Powder – 1 Tsp.
- Garam Masala Powder – 1 Tsp.
- Coriander Leaves
Preparation :
- In Pan Add Oil.
- Then Add Mustard Seeds & Cumin Seeds.
- When They Splutter Add Green Chillies And Saute For 1 Minute.
- Then Add Onions With Salt .
- Cook Till Onions Become Light Brown Colour.
- Then Add Curry Leaves, Ginger Garlic Paste & Turmeric Powder.
- Cook For About 2 Minutes Till Ginger Garlic Paste Leaves Raw Smell.
- Then Add Red chilli Powder, Cumin Powder, Coriander Powder And Garam Masala Powder.
- Mix Well & Saute 1 Minute.
- Then Add Crumbled Paneer And Mix Well
- Close And Cook For About 3 Minutes .
- Saute Again Then Add Kasoori Methi And Mix Well.
- Finally Add Coriander Leaves And Mix Well
- That’s It Onion Paneer Bhurji Is Ready to Serve.
