Baby Corn Fry Recipe | Baby Corn 65 Recipe – With Detail Photo & Video Recipes.
The Crispy, Crunchy & Golden Coloured Snack Recipe Prepared With Young Baby Corn.

Before Cooking Wash Baby Corn In Running Water And Trim The Edges. Then Boil The Baby Corn As It Is Very Hard To Eat. Then I Coated In Batter & Deep Fried The Corn To Make It More Crispy And Crunchy. And Tossed With Curd / Yogurt By Adding Some Spices.

Finally the Outcome Is Superb Crispy, Crunchy, Tender & Delicious Baby Corn Fry.



Marinate Ingredients:
  • Baby Corns -200 g
  • All Purpose Flour – 1 Tbsp.
  • Rice Flour – 2 Tbsps.
  • Corn Flour – 1 ½ Tbsps.
  • Red Chilli Powder – 1 Tsp
  • Coriander Powder – 1 Tsp.
  • Cumin Powder – 1 Tsp
  • Garam Masala Powder – 1 Tsp
  • Turmeric Powder – 1 Tsp.
  • Salt – As Required
  • Lemon Juice – 1 Tbsp.
  • Oil – 1 Tbsp.
  • Water – As Required

Main Ingredients:
  • Oil – 3 Tbsps.
  • Green Chillies – 3 Chopped
  • Garlic – 1 Tbsp. Chopped
  • Spring Onions – 1 Tbsp. Chopped
  • Curry Leaves
  • Curd / Yogurt – 2 ½ Tbsps.
  • Red Chilli Powder – 1 Tsp.
  • Garam Masala Powder – 1 Tsp.
  • Turmeric Powder – 1 Tsp.

Preparation:
  • In Deep Kadai Add Water And Bring To Boil.
  • When Water Gets Boiled, Add Salt.
  • Then Add Baby Corn And Again Bring To Boil
  • Boil For About 5 Minutes.
  • Then Remove The Baby Corn And Keep Aside.
  • Marination:
  • Add All Purpose Flour, Rice Flour, Corn Flour, Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Salt, Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder, Garam Masala Powder, Crushed Ginger Garlic, Lemon Juice & Oil.
  • By Adding Water Mix Well.
  • Whisk And Mix Till It Forms Smooth Batter Without Any Lumps.
  • Now Add Boiled Baby Corns And Coat Well.
  • Now Deep Fry The Baby Corn Till It Turns Golden And Crispy.
  • When Baby Corns Are Golden And Crispy, Remove And Keep Aside.
  • In Pan Add Oil
  • Then Add Green Chillies, Chopped Garlic.
  • Saute Till Garlic Turns Light Brown Colour .
  • When Done Add Spring Onions And Curry Leaves And Saute For 1 Minutes.
  • Then Add Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder & Garam Masala Powder And Mix Well.
  • When Done Add Curd / Yogurt And Cook Till Oil Releases.
  • Then Add Fried Baby Corn And Mix Well.
  • Close And Cook For About 2 Minutes .
  • Then Again Add more Spring Onions And Mix
  • That’s It Baby Corn Fry / Baby Corn 65 Is Ready to Serve.
