Boil The Baby Corn As It Is Very Hard To Eat. Then I Coated In Batter &
Deep Fried The Corn To Make It More Crispy And Crunchy. And Tossed With Curd /
Yogurt By Adding Some Spices.
Finally the Outcome Is Superb Crispy, Crunchy, Tender & Delicious

Marinate
Ingredients:
- Baby Corns -200 g
- All Purpose Flour – 1 Tbsp.
- Rice Flour – 2 Tbsps.
- Corn Flour – 1 ½ Tbsps.
- Red Chilli Powder – 1 Tsp
- Coriander Powder – 1 Tsp.
- Cumin Powder – 1 Tsp
- Garam Masala Powder – 1 Tsp
- Turmeric Powder – 1 Tsp.
- Salt – As Required
- Lemon Juice – 1 Tbsp.
- Oil – 1 Tbsp.
- Water – As Required

Ingredients:
- Oil – 3 Tbsps.
- Green Chillies – 3 Chopped
- Garlic – 1 Tbsp. Chopped
- Spring Onions – 1 Tbsp. Chopped
- Curry Leaves
- Curd / Yogurt – 2 ½ Tbsps.
- Red Chilli Powder – 1 Tsp.
- Garam Masala Powder – 1 Tsp.
- Turmeric Powder – 1 Tsp.
Preparation:
- In Deep Kadai Add Water And Bring To Boil.
- When Water Gets Boiled, Add Salt.
- Then Add Baby Corn And Again Bring To Boil
- Boil For About 5 Minutes.
- Then Remove The Baby Corn And Keep Aside.

- Add All Purpose Flour, Rice Flour, Corn Flour, Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Salt, Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder, Garam Masala Powder, Crushed Ginger Garlic, Lemon Juice & Oil.
- By Adding Water Mix Well.
- Whisk And Mix Till It Forms Smooth Batter Without Any Lumps.
- Now Add Boiled Baby Corns And Coat Well.
- Now Deep Fry The Baby Corn Till It Turns Golden And Crispy.
- When Baby Corns Are Golden And Crispy, Remove And Keep Aside.
- In Pan Add Oil
- Then Add Green Chillies, Chopped Garlic.
- Saute Till Garlic Turns Light Brown Colour .
- When Done Add Spring Onions And Curry Leaves And Saute For 1 Minutes.
- Then Add Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder & Garam Masala Powder And Mix Well.
- When Done Add Curd / Yogurt And Cook Till Oil Releases.

- Close And Cook For About 2 Minutes .
