Video Recipe Of Mysore Bajji
Ingredients:
- All-Purpose Flour ( Maida ) - 2 Cups.
- Curd - 2 Cups / As Required
- Green Chillies - 3 Chopped
- Onions - 1 Medium Chopped
- Cumin Seeds - 1 Tsp.
- Curry Leaves
- Chana Dal - 1 Tbsp.
- Coriander Leaves
- Salt
- Ginger - 3 Tbsps Chopped
Preparation:
- In Bowl Add All-Purpose Flour, Curd, Green Chillies, Onions, Curry Leaves, Chopped Ginger, Chana Dal, Salt & Coriander Leaves.
- Mix Curd in Regular Intervals.
- Mix Well Like Thick Flowing Consistency Or Like Vada Batter.
- Rest It For About 3 Hours.
- In Hot Oil Pan.
- Take Small Scoop Of Mixed Batter And Drop Into The Oil.
- Stir Occasionally.
- Fry Till Golden Brown And Crispy.
