Mysore Bonda Recipe | Mysore Bajji Recipe | Special Desi Recipes

Mysore Bajji |  Mysore Bonda  - With Detail Photo And Video Recipe. Tasty, Crisp Fried And Popular Snack Usually Served In Tiffin Centers And Best Evening Snack. Usually, Mysore Bonda Is Done By Mixing All Purpose Flour With Curd Along With Soda, Rice Flour And Jeera. In My Post, I Just Tried To Make This Bonda More Tasty By Adding Curd With Green Chillies, Ginger, Onions, Curry Leaves And Coriander.

Mixing Maida With All The Ingredients And Rest For 3 Hours For Marination Makes The Bonda / Bajji Tastier.Serving This With Ginger( Alam) Chutney Or With Coconut Chutney.

Ingredients:


  • All-Purpose Flour ( Maida ) - 2 Cups.
  • Curd - 2 Cups / As Required
  • Green Chillies - 3 Chopped
  • Onions - 1 Medium Chopped
  • Cumin Seeds - 1 Tsp.
  • Curry Leaves
  • Chana Dal - 1 Tbsp.
  • Coriander Leaves
  • Salt
  • Ginger - 3 Tbsps Chopped

Preparation:

  • In Bowl Add All-Purpose Flour, Curd, Green Chillies, Onions, Curry Leaves, Chopped Ginger, Chana Dal, Salt & Coriander Leaves.
  • Mix Curd in Regular Intervals.
  • Mix Well Like Thick Flowing Consistency Or Like Vada Batter.
  • Rest It For About 3 Hours.
  • In Hot Oil Pan.
  • Take Small Scoop Of Mixed Batter And Drop Into The Oil.
  • Stir Occasionally.
  • Fry Till Golden Brown And Crispy.
