Marination Ingredients:
- Chicken - 500 g
- Red Chilli Powder - 1 1/2 Tbsps.
- Salt - 1 Tsp.
- Turmeric Powder - 1 Tsp.
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 Tbsp.
Cashew Masala Ingredients:
- Cashews - 8
- Cloves - 10
- Peppercorns - 15
- Shahjeera - 1 Tsp.
- Cinnamon - 1 Inch
- Cardamom - 2
- Poppy Seeds - 1 Tbsp.
- Water - As Required.
Onion, Capsicum & Tomato Masala Ingredients:
- Onion - 2 Chopped
- Capsicum - 2 Chopped
- Garlic - 15
- Tomato - 4 ( Boiled And Remove Skin)
Saucy Chicken Ingredients:
- Oil - 4 Tbsps.
- Slit Green Chillies - 3
- Bay Leaves - 2
- Curry Leaves
- Red Chilli Powder - 1 Tsp.
- Vinegar - 1 Tbsp.
- Soya Sauce - 2 Tbsps
- Kasoori Methi - 1 Tbsp.
- Coriander powder - 1/2 Tbsp.
- Coriander Leaves
- Onion, Capsicum, And Tomato Paste.
- Cashew Masala Paste
Preparation:
Marination Preparation:
- In Bowl Take Cleaned Chicken.
- Then Add All The Ingredients Present in Marination Ingredients Like Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Salt And Ginger Garlic Paste.
- Mix Well And Marinate It in Fridge For At least 1 hour.
Cashew Masala Preparation:
- In Blender Add Cashews, Cloves, Cardamom, Cinnamon, And Shahjeera.
- Add Water And Blend to Fine Paste And Keep Aside.
Onion, Capsicum & Tomato Preparation:
- In Blender Add Chopped Onions, Capsicum, Garlic, And Boiled And Peeled Tomatoes.
- Blend To Smooth Paste And Keep Aside.
Saucy Chicken Curry Preparation:
- In Pan Add Oil.
- Then Add Slit Green Chillies And Bay Leaves.
- Saute For About 1 Minute.
- Then Add Curry Leaves And Saute.
- Then Add Onion, Capsicum And Tomato Paste And Mix Well.
- Saute For About 5 Minutes Then Add Red Chilli Powder, Vinegar And Soya Sauce.
- Mix Well And Saute Well Till Raw Smell Leaves And Sauce Becomes Thick.
- Then Add The Marinated Chicken And Mix Well.
- Close And Cook For About 10 Minutes.
- Chicken Releases Water. Mix & Close.
- Close And Cook For About 10 Minutes Or Till Chicken Is Done.
- When Water Evaporates Then Add Cashew Masala Paste, Water, Kasoori Methi And Coriander Powder And Mix Well.
- Again CLose And Cook For About 10 Minutes.
- Finally, Add Coriander Leaves And Mix Well.
- That's It Saucy Chicken Curry is Ready To Serve Either With Rice or With Roti/Naan/Puri.
