Ingredients:

  • Jowar Poha - 250 g
  • Oil - 4 Tbsps.
  • Peanuts - 3 Tbsps.
  • Roasted Chana - 3 Tbsps.
  • Cashew - 10 Halves
  • Green Chillies - 3 Chopped
  • Dry Red Chillies - 3
  • Onion - 1 Big Chopped
  • Curry Leaves
  • Turmeric Powder - 1 Tsp.
  • Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 1/2 Tsps.
  • Chat Masala - 1 1/2 Tsps.

Preparation:

  • In Pan Add Oil. 
  • When Oil Get Heated Up Add Peanuts, Roast For About 2 Minutes.
  • Then Add Roasted Chana And Cashews, Roast For About 2 Minutes.
  • Roast Well Till Golden And Crisp.
  • Then Add Green Chillies, Dry Red Chillies, And Onions With Salt.
  • When Onions Gets Light Brown Colour, Set Aside And Add Curry Leaves, Turmeric Powder, And Ginger Garlic Paste.
  • Saute Well, When Done Add Yellow Jowar, Salt And Chaat Masala.
  • Saute Well For About 10 Minutes.
  • Saute Till Crispy.

  • In Pan Add Oil. 

  • When Oil Get Heated Up Add Peanuts, Roast For About 2 Minutes.



  • Then Add Roasted Chana And Cashews, Roast For About 2 Minutes.


  • Roast Well Till Golden And Crisp.


  • Then Add Green Chillies, Dry Red Chillies, And Onions With Salt.




  • When Onions Gets Light Brown Colour, Set Aside And Add Curry Leaves, Turmeric Powder, And Ginger Garlic Paste.





  • Saute Well, When Done Add Yellow Jowar, Salt And Chaat Masala.







  • Saute Well For About 10 Minutes.





  • Saute Till Crispy.
