Egg Tomato Curry - With Detail Photo And Video Recipe. Egg Tomato Curry Is One Of The Easy and Tasty Curry To Go With Roti, Dosa Or Rice. There Are Many Ways To Do Tomato Egg Curry. One Can Prepare Tomato Sauce And Drop Boiled Eggs Into The Tomato Sauce. Another Way Of Doing Tomato Egg Is By Scrambling The Eggs Completely In Tomatoes Sauce. This Is Different Recipe Were Egg Is Drop And Mixed Slightly.

Tomato Egg Curry is One Of The Very Easy And Quick Recipe One Can Go With Roti, Rice or Dosa. Adding Fenugreek Leaves ( Methi Leaves ) is Optional. Instead Of Fenugreek Leaves One Can Add Kasoori Methi At The End Also Gives The Same Taste.

Ingredients:

  • Eggs - 4
  • Tomatoes - 8 Big Size
  • Oil - 4 Tbsps.
  • Mustard Seeds - 1 Tsp.
  • Cumin Seeds - 1 Tsp.
  • Green Chillies - 3 Chopped
  • Onions - 2 Medium Chopped
  • Curry Leaves
  • Turmeric Powder - 1 Tsp.
  • Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 Tbsp.
  • Red Chilli Powder - 1 1/2 Tbsps.
  • Cumin Powder - 1 Tsp.
  • Coriander Powder - 1 1/2 Tsps.
  • Coriander Leaves
  • Salt - As Required

Preparation:

  • In Pan Add Oil.
  • When Oil Get Heated Up Add Mustard Seeds And Cumin Seeds.
  • When The Splutter Add Onions With Salt And Saute For About 1 Minute.
  • Then Add Green Chillies And Saute For About 2 Minutes.
  • Then Add Curry Leaves, Turmeric Powder, And Ginger Garlic Paste.
  • Mix Well And Saute Till Ginger Garlic Paste Leaves Raw Smell.
  • Then Add Chopped Tomatoes With Red Chilli Powder And Mix Well.
  • Close And Cook 10 minutes Or Till Tomatoes Becomes Soft And Mushy.
  • Then Add Cumin Powder, Coriander Powder, And Mix Well.
  • Now Break Eggs One By One.
  • Mix Slowly And Close And Cook For About 10 minutes.
  • Then Cut And Turns Slowly And again Close And Cook For About 10 Minutes.
  • Finally, Add Coriander Leaves And Mix Well.
  • That's It, Serve Hot Tomato Egg Curry With Chapathi, Roti, Naan, Dosa Or With Rice.

  • Then Add Chopped Tomatoes With Red Chilli Powder And Mix Well.




  • Close And Cook 10 minutes Or Till Tomatoes Becomes Soft And Mushy.


  • Then Add Cumin Powder, Coriander Powder, And Mix Well.



  • Now Break Eggs One By One.

  • Mix Slowly And Close And Cook For About 10 minutes.



  • Then Cut And Turns Slowly And again Close And Cook For About 10 Minutes.




  • Releases Water, Cook On High Flame. Cook till Water Absorbs.




  • Finally, Add Coriander Leaves And Mix Well.


  • That's It, Serve Hot Tomato Egg Curry With Chapathi, Roti, Naan, Dosa Or With Rice.
