Palak Paneer Recipe - with detail photo and video recipe. Calcium and Vitamins rich recipe , a vegetarian dish, consisting of a thick paste of green chili mixed pureed spinach ( palak ) and flavored with garlic, garam masala, and other spices. As spinach ( palak ) is a rich source of dietary fiber and its low calories and fat which helps to control our appetite aiding in weight reduction. And paneer contains vitamin B2 and B12 Helps to convert food to usable energy.
Palak Paneer is one of the nutrient-rich recipes. To do palak paneer recipe firstly we have to clean palak without insects. Then wash under running water and then blanch the palak. As soon as blanching the palak place the palak in cold water or in ice cubes, this helps to retain the green color of the palak. Few tricks and techniques help to retain the green color of the palak. And if one wants to increase the gravy of the palak paneer, it can be done by adding more palak leaves or by adding tomatoes or even by adding besan to the gravy. By adding besan to the gravy makes the gravy very thick so that one can add water to the desire consistency.Adding besan to the gravy changes the taste of the palak paneer which personally I don't prefer.
