Coriander Chutney - Instant and easy coriander chutney. Coriander chutney is also known as cilantro chutney, dhaniya chutney. This is one of the easy and instant chutney with fresh coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilies, garlic cloves, cumin, and lemon juice. Fewer ingredients but instant and tasty chutney within minutes for idli/ dosa/ sandwich.
Coriander Leaves are aromatic green leaves largely used to flavor and garnish food. Cilantro is a wonderful source of dietary fiber, magnesium, iron, and these leaves are rich in Vitamin C, K, and protein. This one of the popular leafy veg in every Indian household as it uses at last of the recipes to garnish and for super tasty flavor and smell.
Coriander Leaves as the ability to clear up the skin lowers the blood pressure and cholesterol, stimulates digestion. The coriander leaves juice helps and clear kidney toxins and reduces the kidney stone.
Another leaves I used here is Mint Leaves, the well-known mouth freshener, or breath freshener. This also another herb used in many houses, especially while doing Briyani. Mint leaves add flavor and mild smell to any recipes. It has the ability to improve oral health.

It also has many health benefits has it has the ability to cure or to kill infections like the unary tract, kidney, athletes foot and lower the cholesterol and helps to strengthen the immune system.

Ingredients:
- Fresh Coriander Leaves - 2 Bunches
- Fresh Mint Leaves - 1 Bunch
- Green Chillies - 2
- Garlic Cloves - 10
- Cumin Seeds - 1 Tsp.
- Lemon Juice - 2 Tbsps.
- Roasted Gram Or Putnalu - 3 Tbsp.
- Salt - 1 Tsp. As Required
- Water - 4 Tbsps.
Preparation:
- In a blender add coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilies, garlic cloves, cumin seeds, putnalu, lemon juice, and salt.
- Blend to a smooth and thick paste.
- Quick, easy, and tasty chutney goes well either with idli, dosa, and sandwich.
