Cooking delicious, easy, and simple chicken with readily available ingredients at home. But this recipe is differently done with onions and dry coconut powder. For any chicken dish, marination is a must. For soft and tender chicken, firstly clean and soak the chicken in saltwater for about 20 minutes. Then marinate the chicken with marination ingredients and rest for about 1 hour. Cooking the chicken till it is done 90 percent then adding the onions and cooking with onions makes the semi-dry chicken korma without the sweetest of the onions and makes the chicken fry a spicy recipe.

Marination Ingredients:
- Chicken - 750 g
- Red Chilli Powder - 2 1/2 Tbsps.
- Turmeric Powder - 1 Tsp.
- Salt - 1 Tsp.
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 1/2 Tbsps.
- Green Chillies - 5
- Curry Leaves
Cooking Chicken Fry With Onions Ingredients:
- Oil - 4 Tbsps.
- Mustard Oil - 4 Tbsps.
- Cinnamon - 1 Inch
- Crushed Cardamom - 5
- Crushed CLoves - 8
- Cumin Seeds - 1 Tsp.
- Shahjeera - 1 Tsp.
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 Tbsps.
- Red Chilli Powder - 1 Tbsp.
- Garam Masala Powder - 1 Tsp.
- Curry Leaves
- Green Chillies - 5
- Coriander Seeds Powder - 1/2 Tbsp.
- Coriander Leaves
- Onions - 4
- Dry Coconut Powder - 1/2 Cup.
- Bay leaves - 2
Preparation:
- Firstly clean and soak the chicken in saltwater for about 20 minutes.
- Then add the marination ingredients and mix well.
- Marinate the chicken for about 1 hour
- Then in another pan add mustard oil and regular oil and bring to hot
- Then add cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, cumin seeds, shah jeera, and bay leaves.
- Then add ginger garlic paste and mix well.
- Cook till it releases an aroma
- Then add marinated chicken and mix well.
- Close and cook for about 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, the chicken releases water.
- Mix well and again close and cook for about 5 minutes.
- Then after 15 minutes chicken is cooked 90 percent.
- Now add red chili powder, garam masala powder, coriander seeds powder, green chilies, and curry leaves.
- Mix well and fry till it releases oil.
- Then add dry coconut powder, mix and fry for about 5 minutes.
- Finally, add coriander leaves, mix and serve hot with roti, plain rice, and pachi pulusu.

- Finally, add coriander leaves, mix and serve hot with roti, plain rice, and pachi pulusu.
