Ingredients:
- Raw Banana - 1
- Gram Flour ( Besan ) - 1/2 Cup
- Rice Flour - 1/4th Cup
- Coriander Leaves
- Curry Leaves
- Fenugreek Leaves
- Green Chillies - 2 Finely Chop
- Red Chilli Powder - 1 Tbsp.
- Turmeric Powder - 1/4th Tsp
- Salt - 1 Tsp. Or As Required
- Garam Masala Powder - 1 Tsp
- Water - As Required
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 1/2 Tbsp.
- Mustard Oil - 4 Tbsps.
- Oil - 4 Tbsps.
Preparation:
- In a bowl add gram flour, rice flour, red chili powder, salt, coriander leaves, curry leaves, fenugreek leaves, turmeric powder, green chilies, garam masala powder, ginger garlic paste and mix well.
- Add as required water and mix well just like the baji batter.
- Now peel the raw banana peel and chop it into pieces.
- Now dip the raw banana piece into the batter and fry in mixed oils ( mustard oil and sesame oil )
- Fry on both sides and serve hot with onions and green chilies.
