  • Sprouted Moong Gram - 1 Cup
  • Sesame Oil - 1 Tbsp.
  • Cumin Seeds - 1 Tsp.
  • Onion - 1
  • Green Chillies - 3
  • Crushed Garlic - 1 Tbsp.
  • Curry Leaves
  • Turmeric Powder - 1/4th Tsp.
  • Salt - As Required
  • Lemon Juice - 1 Tbsp.
  • In a pan add oil.
  • When the oil gets heated up add cumin seeds.
  • When the seeds splutter add onion along with green chilies and salt.
  • Mix well and saute till the onions change color.
  • Then add crushed garlic, curry leaves, and turmeric powder.
  • Mix well and saute.
  • Then add sprouted moong gram and saute for only 2 minutes.
  • Off the flame and add lemon juice.
  • Mix well and serve hot with onions enjoy the healthy snack with sprouted green gram.
