Oats: Rolled or instant oats provide a creamy base and are a great source of fiber, which helps with digestion and keep you full

Dry Fruits:

Ingredients:

  • Rolled Oats - 2 Tbsps.
  • Chia Seeds - 1 Tsp.
  • Anjeer - 1
  • Raisins - 14
  • Cinnamon - 1 Inch
  • Cardamom - 2 Pods
  • Dates - 2
  • Walnuts - 2
  • Almonds - 5
  • Melon Seeds - 1 Tbsp.
  • Sunflower Seeds - 1 Tbsp.
  • Pumpkin Seeds - 1 Tbsp

Preparation:
  • Soak the nuts and seeds: Soaking them in water overnight softens them for blending and enhances their nutrient absorption.
  • Soak almonds, walnuts in one bowl, oats, chia seeds, fig, raisins, cinnamon, and cardamon in another bowl, and all the seeds like sunflower seeds, melon seeds, and pumpkin seeds in another bowl.
  • In the morning peel the almonds and add all the 3 bowls into the blender and blend smoothly.
  • Aust the consistency by adding more water.
  • Pour the smoothie into a glass and garnish with a sprinkle of chia seeds, or chopped nuts on top and enjoy.
